This is a great book to accompany anyone interested in energy work and the ability to experience auras. I loved the book and appreciated the bonuses of the other works by this author. This material is explained in an easy way and it's captivating to read. I thoroughly enjoyed the read. Thanks for the experience!

Insightful book on something that I do not have much knowledge in! I enjoyed this but think it is aimed more at a niche population than what I characterize myself as.

Found this book hard to get into. While I don't consider myself a beginner to the world of energy healing and working with that ';something' which is beyond the physical, the fact that this book positions itself as the perfect guide for a beginner proved misleading. There was too much information and not enough at the same time - in the sense that a lot made sense because I'm no newbie to this field/world, and not enough because if I had been a perfect beginner, I would've been left completely in the dust with this book and what it aimed to put across. Sadly, fell flat for me

I am always on the lookout for ways to learn about anything metaphysical. So, when I saw this book, I had to jump right in. This book says for beginners but I truly think that it could be beneficial for beginners and experts alike. There were some great things to take away from this book and this author who seems to be very knowledgeable on this subject. It did get a bit "textbook" at times but this isn't a great mystery or suspense book so I think that is to be expected.

This is very good. I had no idea there is so much to auras, and there are multiple auras. This comprehensive, covering lots of info and exercises to help readers. If you already know about auras, you may not find this helpful. But if you know basically nothing, this is great.

Thanks very much for the ARC for review!!

This book is a perfect candidate for anyone wishing to try psychic development. Based on Barbara Brennan's school of thought, it gives detailed, yet concise explanations on the various components of the aura. After the initial explanations, the author goes on to give us dozens of exercises, visualizations, and meditations to help hone our senses, giving helpful tips and reassurances on the way. I have used many of these (or similar ones) throughout the years and I believe they are helpful. Most of them you can try out on your own, but some of them demand that you have a partner. Actually, Auras would be a perfect workbook to use in psychic development groups and courses. It's simple and easy to understand and gives various examples of how to explore your abilities. One of the things I liked most about the book was the fact that it wasn't overly emphasizing clairvoyance. There are many ways to sense the aura other than that, the author says, and I agree. In my opinion, it is one of the best books available on auras out there, especially for the beginner.

This is well, written, highly informative book about auras. The author connects the subject with both ancient theories on the subject and the latest scientific findings. If you're into quantum physics and the relationship between spirituality and science, you will want to read this book.

Also, this book connects the subject of auras with the field of chakras in yoga. I didn't expect to find such a deep dive on chakras in the book, and it was a nice surprise.
