I really loved that Mr. Kempton was able to use this book as a way to express his emotions and work out on them. I really enjoyed reading this especially how the characters felt like real people.

The author wrote a book that honestly captures what it is like to live with anxiety and depression. The battle that goes on in Ron's mind as he confronts past hurt and the effect it has on his current life was written in a realistic manner. I found this to be a great read as someone that is interested in psychology.

I understand the book was a dreamscape with different characters representing different moods or aspects of the author's anxiety and frame of mind and I commend the courage and creativity that went into the finished effort. It reminded me a bit of Alice in Wonderland. I got confused several times though, trying to keep up with the constant changes in characters and surroundings. I think I would have appreciated the book much better if I'd been able to read it all in one sitting. #NetGalley #ChildoftheHeart

I absolutely loved this tale. So very much. This author came up with a brilliant way to deal with his emotions. This story was so very heartfelt. Some may not enjoy tales written like this, but I fell in love.
