Ten years ago Kristen Welch founded Mercy House, a nonprofit organization that funds maternity homes for pregnant teens in Kenya. She does work that seems amazing and impossible to many. Kristen reminds us that we are made to do hard things, not because we are capable in and of ourselves, but because we serve a mighty God. This book left me feeling inspired, challenged, and excited about facing the mountains God has placed in my life.

Once again, Kristen has used God's word and her personal experiences to shed light on some tough spaces. Made to Move Mountains is encouraging, convicting, and gives a transparent view into what obedience looks like. What a gift it has been to follow this writer over the past decade and learn from challenges, struggles and mountains she's faced while I've walked through some of the same things--marriage, parenting, following Jesus, serving others. I always finish Kristen's books feeling a renewed sense of energy to truly be Micah 6:8...act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God.
