This is an excellent book on timing and seeing signs. So many of us miss the signs the universe shows us. The author includes exercises, different techniques, and prayers to help the reader connect better and become more aware. If you are someone that would like to listen better to what the universe is telling you, this is a book for you.

A few years ago, after a series of hardships and tragedies in my life, I started looking for something spiritual. A friend told me about the law of attraction so I started reading up about that, and putting into practise what I was reading, and through that I developed a belief that the universe really is listening, and really does want to give us what we seek. We just have to listen, and put into practise the things we need to do to make that happen. You don’t just ask for something and it falls into your lap, and this book was a useful and timely refresher of what I need to do to achieve the kind of life I desire, plus it introduced new subjects I am interested in learning more about. Thank you Netgalley.

While I'm sure many will find this to be a wonderful reference on how to notice signs & synchronicity in their lives, I find this more useful as a resource for working with spirits + guides and energy work, although it may not initially appear to do so. The Universe Is Talking to You provides some pretty decent content, if you can get past some of the more fluffy everything-happens-for-a-reason segments and other such nonsense. I don't believe that everything that happens to you is for some immediate higher purpose, but I do believe that you can manipulate some of these energies and have a hand in steering the course your life is heading. I will say that this is the best book I've read on the topic thus far, and would recommend it to those interested.

This was the perfect book to read especially if you are interested in other realms and/or beings. I believe in angels, the power of attraction, universe and spirits and this book added to my belief system with more ways to look at what is really around d us and how to use it for our own good, purpose and for the good of everyone else.

This is a wonderful guide to learning how to interact with spirit realms and recognize signs when loved ones and spirits are trying to contact you. I am very tuned into this subject and appreciate the author's dedication to teaching us how to further our knowledge and be more aware. There are wonderful exercises here and how to recognize signs from angels, ancestors and spirit guides.

I highly recommend this book for all interested in expanding their knowledge with the spirit realms.

Enjoyed the ground this book covered, the scope it encompassed (for example, I wasn't expecting to see energy testing in there, but it was. A definite plus for it). The language is accessible and the exercises aren't complex, though I suppose a good amount of people could use them just as a springboard as not everyone will experience signs and synchronicity the same way other people like Tammy here does. But you definitely don't need to be psychic to see these signs - it just takes practice, like a skill you develop. A good introduction to the world of signs and synchronicity, on the whole

If you are interested in the power of prayer/law of attraction then this book is for you. She talks about how your spirit guides, angels, ancestors, etc. are around you on the spiritual realm and are ready to help you. The author talks about signs and symbols the 'universe' sends you for different reasons and ways to recognize these symbols.

It was an interesting read and a lot of the information is recycled but I found her experiences the most interesting part of the book. I also enjoyed the section on grounding; what it is, why it's important and how to practice it. A few times I feel like she gets a bit repetitive in her writing and I found myself skimming at some parts but overall it was pretty informative on the topic.

I recommend this book to people interested in LOA and spiritual elements.

This is a fantastic reference and guide to understanding how the universe talks to us in so many ways that we may not recognize or understand.
I have always had a fascination with this subject but never sat and read about it in too much depth, but this book has lots of information and reference to read and understand.
I will be trying to be more observant to the universe/world around me and will definitely be referring back to this book again.

I applied to review this book because I am interested in learning more about life beyond this realm and how the realms interact. I felt that this book would help me to delve deeper into how we are connected spiritually.

The book gets off to a great start, with the introduction making the topic feel accessible to the complete beginner. However, I immediately came across a stumbling block because the reader is directed to a resources website to access alongside the book, but the website doesn't work. I tried on various devices and couldn't access it. Nevertheless, I decided to continue with the book.

The author's retelling of her mother's passing is heartbreaking but absolutely gripping. She has a real way with words in this section and has an engaging writing style.

Unfortunately, following this section, I hit another stumbling block - I realised that none of the exercises had been included in this version of the eBook, and the pages where the exercises should be were just blank. As such, although I enjoyed reading each section, I felt that I wasn't really able to apply the techniques discussed because I had no idea how the exercise was supposed to work.

I carried on with the book and tried to get as much as I could from it, but as the chapters go on, they refer back to previous exercises that obviously I hadn't seen, so it was more and more difficult to understand.

I'm disappointed because I had high hopes for this book, and it's really difficult to give it a fair rating when I've missed a good chunk of the material, but I had to work with what I was given.

I feel like if I had received the full version of the book, my rating would have been higher, but I can't review what I haven't seen.

This is a must read for anyone that’s interested in signs and synchronicities, spirits, guides, angels, ancestors and the afterlife. I love that she included her own story and personal examples. The prayers were my favorite part of the exercises given. The exercises are easy to follow. I have learned how to notice the signs for what lies ahead of me.

There isn’t a lot of new stuff in this book. But when you compile it all up, it has all the makings of a wonderful reference book.

I was glad to be reminded of so many things I have learned over the years and have failed to use in my life. I used them at one point and now I have become a bit lackadaisical and have pushed some of these teachings to the side. Not because they are wrong. It’s more like I am lazier than I used to be.

If you have never heard of these theories about the universe, this is a great book to dig into. I loved how she referenced Joanna’s Sacred Scribes for the repeating numbers section. That is my favorite resource too, along with a Doreen Virtue Angel Number app I have on my phone.

It makes us really pay attention to the signs, synchronicities and coincidences we have in our lives and makes us realize that the universe has really been speaking to us all along. We only need to listen.

If this book seems a bit far fetched, maybe think of it as God is talking to you. God, the Universe, Source, it’s all the same thing. I will definitely revisit this book from time to time in order to remember and pay attention to what lies ahead for me.

'The universe is talking to you' is an easy accessible read packed with pleasing exemples. Helpful exercises lead the way to recognizing the extraordinary in ordinary life.
While highly esoteric, this book reads like a breeze and oozes joy. Even the most sceptic reader will be convinced there's more to life than meets the eye.

This book is great if you want to know more about symbols and coincidences happening in your life, especially those you think may have a hidden meaning. You have stories, and exercises to open yourself to the universe, and to become more attuned to it.
Even if you're not a believer in signs, the book makes you think about the possibilities of what happens to you, and if you're not into that, then you can just read about Tammy's experiences and enjoy that.

Easy, relatable voice, which is essential for me with NF. Much of the book had me nodding in recognition of the sense of signs I've been fostering the past few years. Exercises are easy to do and really give a boost top awareness.

I was initially drawn to this title because of the cover art and the blurb: Learn How To Receive Signs from the Universe and Loved Ones in Spirit. For people just in the beginning stages of finding connection and signs from their passed loved ones and the Universe, I can see how this book would be helpful! The author gives you step-by-step instructions on how to open yourself up to the most subtle of signs. If you're already in tune with the signs and synchronicities of Spirit, however, then I think much of the information in this book is redundant. I would love to have seen deeper explanations of the signs the universe gives and less personal anecdotes from the author. Overall, I would rate this book a 3.5! Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!!!

I liked this for the most part. If I'm feeling critical, the first basically says anything can be the sign of a coincidence. However, the author does provide a few guidelines and some exercises. The second half provides some guidance and techniques to evoke support or guidance. I"m sure many readers will find this book helpful. 3.5 stars rounded up.

This book is definitely geared to the ultimate beginner - one who hasn't given much thought at all to how the Universe, or God, or Spirit communicates with us while we are on earth. So if you're a beginner to any of this thought or belief, this is a great introduction.

Tammy is a skilled writer and organizes her information in a way that is very easy to follow. I liked how she put all the information you'll need in the first part of the book to make the second part of the book easy to follow. For advanced believers in this practice, it may seem like overkill or reputation. But it's obvious that the book is geared to beginners or ones who are just getting into listening to the signs of the universe.

Overall, this is a great book of information for those who need a reference book on their shelf, and I would recommend it for beginners, but it may be too elementary for those who have been practicing this for a while.

This is a very informative & helpful book for those looking for a deeper universal connection. It is very light hearted, fun, & eye opening in regards to universal signs & synchronicities that we may overlook on a daily basis. It really gets you thinking and actively working via spiritual exercises to connect. The author does a great job in taking steps to help readers understand and connect with signs & synchronicities from the Universe, loved ones that passed (ancestors), guides, Angel's, etc. I love hearing her story and her personal examples to help the reader understand everything better. She provided a lot of in depth information, exercises, and meditations. I really love the "prayers" and variety of exercises, most of which are simple but game changing and easy for anyone to do. I feel this book has helped me deepen my personal connection to the Universe, ancestors, higher self, and even nature. This is a great read that I would recommend to anyone.

I enjoyed this book, I found it compelling. It’s basically about seeing signs that are in your everyday life in a spiritual way. Being open to change and connecting with the universe. I already have some understanding of this subject, so I thought this book was well written, made sense and has made me explore further than I already had known about.
