I opened this book with the anticipation of a hauntingly good story. Witches Cliff kept me hanging on every word, turning the pages without even realizing it because I was so into the story. I recommended it to several of my friends and bought a copy for myself after reading and reviewing it so I can go back and discover the Witches Cliff again.

Thank you to the publisher/NetGalley for granting me an advanced reader copy in exchange for an honest review.
This is a very short novella about a witch who plans to ask her tenth-great grandmother's spirit for advice in her love matters. She goes to her birthplace and there she meets a peculiar witch and a cute electrician who sparks her interest. Aside from the tedious food descriptions and an overly simplistic antagonist (although, in the author's defense, you can't really create a complicated one in such a short story), the story was fun and easy to read. It only took me about 40 minutes to finish, so if you like witches and want something short and sweet to pass the time, this is ideal.

This book was a short novella that I struggled to read. The premise of the book was weak to begin with and events of the book almost hokey. I really wanted to give this story the benefit of the doubt but struggled to buy into the magic that was struggling to come through.

There was great building of the setting and background of the town, but the characters all fell short for me. They made poor decisions and acted unnaturally.

Witches Cliff is an awesome book regardless if it's Halloween or not.
Peggy goes to Vermont to try and summon her 10th great grandmother who was murdered years ago for being a witch. She also wants advice on weather she should marry her cheating boyfriend or not.
When she checks into the motel she over hears Liam and Rayne arguing. Liam wants nothing to do with Rayne, but she plans to cast a love spell on him.
Read the book if you want to find out more!

An enjoyable and well written novella I truly enjoyed.
It's engrossing, the world building and the setting are interesting, the characters fleshed out.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine.

This is a short novella packed with a lot of story. Penny comes from a long line of witches and she goes to her birthplace, Willow Springs, VT (she's currently living in Salem) to reach out to one of her ancestors to get help with a decision. This is when her adventure starts and from here we get some insight into the history of her family, a murder attempt, a romance and some small town vibes. I truly enjoyed this short book and the glimpse into the lives of Penny and Liam.

Thanks to Peggy Chambers and The Wild Rose Press, Inc. through Netgalley for a copy of this novella in exchange for an honest review.

Penny goes to Willow Springs to conjure the spirit of her tenth-great grandmother. Because it’s Halloween it is the perfect time to perform magic. She meets Liam, a electrician who always comes when she didn't expects it.
This story is short but the writing is very well made and interesting. Penny and Liam are well described characters. The author described a mystical setting, especially the cliff and trees are awesome discribed. Overall, I enjoyed the story very much.
