Thanks to Bookouture and Kelly Heard for the chance to read and review this book. I enjoyed The Girl I thought I Knew very much. Daisy left her hometown many years ago and lived her life quite secretive about her life growing up. That is until the day she receives an invitation to her old friends wedding. Can you ever know someone who is hiding such a large part of who they are. A great read. Totally recommend

A beautiful book by this amazing author. I loved this author's debut and this one is even better! Addictive from start to finish, a poignant tale of love and friendship. I would recommend this lovely story to every one. An incredible tale by one of my favourite authors.

Secrets... Daisy and her long term boyfriend live together in New Mexico. Years ago, Daisy had left her hometown of Zion wanting to forget about all that had happened there 17 years ago.

Daisy had a recent miscarriage and her boyfriend, Anderson, seemed distant. He had always been Daisy's "rock". Not long after this, they receive a wedding invitation ".from Stella. She was Daisy's best friend whom she hadn't even talked to since she left Zion.

Then - the suspense ramps up. Anderson and Daisy go to the wedding. Many secrets come back to haunt Daisy - and so much more!

This is an excellent read. The reader is kept in suspense the entire time about many aspects of Daisy's former life. I really enjoyed this book. Recommend!

Many Thanks to Bookouture and NetGalley for a great read!
