I'm not really sure how I feel about this book to be honest. Some of these are practical fitness advice, some are 'hacks', others are plain silly and there are a few that I wouldn't call fitness at all. The layout is clear but I did find it a little bit monotonous. I think the concept is fabulous but I'm not sold on the execution. It feels a little like the book isn't sure whether it wants to be funny or serious.

Although this book turned out to not be quite what I was expecting, there are a number of things that I have used and plan to try. The info was laid out in precise and relatable language. The summary section could be a little clearer about the book style and contents, however.

Quick but good info for those that are in our 50's. Sigh!! Thanks to author,publisher and Netgalley for the chance to read this. While I got the book for free,it had no bearing on the rating I gave.
