this was a unique read in the scifi genre, I enjoyed the characters and the plot itself. I really enjoyed learning about the world. Overall I would look forward to more from the author.

Having formes a symbiotic relationship with a venomous krate by giving blood in exchange for poison keeping a virus in check she aquired at the age of four, Anna has no easy childhood. In a this estonishing novel, her unusal growth in an interstellar civilisation to an intelligence officer including her first case is narrated. This book is very well written and keeps your attion up to the last page. I sincerely hope for the next volume to be as good as this one.

This book is vividly written. The author creates otherworldly scenes in believable and engaging ways. Recommended.
