Although I greatly respect Ms. Novogratz' work, this book wasn't for me. I'm all for repetition - it grounds our learning. And Ms. Novogratz has plenty of good stories to drive points home, but I spent the book hoping that the 12 actions would feel fresh and new. Instead, they verified what I already knew. Valuable, but not exactly what I was promised when choosing the book.
