Book 2 in a Stationary shop mystery.
I love that the Stationary shop is set in an old sheriff's office. They leave most of office the same.
They get hired to teach a 3d card making event at a birthday party for town elite.
Stumble upon a body, colorful characters, try to help solving murder.

Latest Event Takes Murderous Turn.....
The second book in the Stationary Shop Mystery series finds Lena’s latest event - a cardmaking workshop- taking a murderous turn. Another fun read in a desirable setting with a likeable protagonist and a colourful cast of supporting characters.

Delta Douglas and her business partner are hosting a workshop at a birthday party for a celebrity. When the birthday girl’s sister in law is found dead, Delta adds her sleuthing hat to her entrepreneur hat. While she vowed not to get involved this time, she can’t help but love a good mystery and it appears the murder is a copy cat killing from years ago, right down to the location.

Delta begins to question everyone and everything about the killing, teaming up with her crush to try and figure it all out before the killer strikes again.

A solid second entry in this series set in an Old West mining town. The nod to the history of the town and its past is done well in both the stores in the town and the basis for this whodunit. Looking forward to more in this series and the author.
