Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

A quick fun read. Overall I enjoyed the premise of having to spend 90 days living with a one-night stand. That forced proximity trope will get me every time. It did feel a bit rushed and like I didn't have all of the pieces and connections - I'm still not sure about Brandy's full history. That said, it was enjoyable and I'm interested to read the next one.

This was a nice sorbet of a book, which I class books that I read between big chunky and more in depth books.....I enjoyed the relationship between the two characters but I also think it’s an easy read as there’s so many of these type of books out there. I’ve recommended it to the bookstagram accounts I know read this genre. Would read more of this author in the future

Leslie North consistently brings great characters and passionate romance to life. As a big fan North's, her name provokes an automatic one-click from me. I am always entertained.

I like this author. Always good for a quick emotional read. I liked how the pregnancy didn't make itself known until 3/4 of the way through and how their love was already present.
This book was an arc from netgalley.

A good romance novel is a treat. This hits some of my favorite points. The female lead isn't a pushover and there was enough tension between them that made the hot scenes that much better.

This is a story about love and trust, the characters Brandy and Max are really well written. This is a fun, sexy, action packed romantic read. The characters have a love hate relationship between them. The characters have fantastic hot chemistry and are really well written. This story is another fantastic read from this author.

I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book

This novella wasn’t quite what I was expecting when I first opened the cover. Instead of a traditional romance I found myself in a castle with 2 main characters fighting for ownership
Brandy is an author of both mystery novels and romantic suspense. I think she is the first character I have read who is an author of the kind of book I’m reading! She is strong and independent and a character who I found myself quite liking, even when she annoyed me!
Max is a security software designer and is also very closed off, he is super rich and so used to everyone wanting money and he doesn’t trust people. This made for interesting reading, however once I understood more about his character then he became a bit more likeable
Although they both annoyed me at times I did still like them as characters, they seemed to come alive, especially when they were arguing
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a romance with characters who feel real, intrigue and some spice

Brandy has just inherited a castle from her grandmother that once belonged to her father. When she arrives however the solicitor is shocked. Someone else has already shown up with a deed to the very same castle. Brandy is then surprised to see her one night stand from last night. Max is determined to get this castle as part of his revenge on a man who betrayed him and his family. When the judge orders them to live together in the castle for 90 days, sparks are sure to fly. This is a wonderful story with great characters.

A quick and easy read. Brandy and Max are both trying to claim access to a castle, and both have a deed. The judge decides they should both live there until he makes up his mind who actually owns it. Naturally sparks fly. Enjoyable, but a lot of bouncing around of emotions a bit for me. Would still recommend though.

Loved this one right from the start, I couldn't put it down.

The slow burn of our main couple, the premise of the story ... all of it was perfectly written in a way that has you falling in love with these two at first meet.

I always enjoy intriguing storyline with main characters that are somewhat flawed. It give a real sense of true feelings and the emotional background of the characters. There is sizzling chemistry, communication issues, family dynamics, along with friendships that makes this a delightful story.

This was my first book by this author. While the writing wasn't stellar, it was a quick, enjoyable read. The story line was unique, though predictable. The best part was that it was a quick, easy, enjoyable read. I was able to read this in under two hours and now I'm invested in the characters, ready to read the next.

Romance novelist Brandy Jackson goes to London to claim a castle left to her by her grandmother. She meets Maximillian Benton in a bar her first night there and they engage in a sizzling one-night encounter. Later she and Max will meet again in the solicitor's office when they both have possession to the deed to the castle. The judge on the case orders them both to live at the castle until the matter can be resolved. Even though they each have their own wing of the castle they find it to be smaller than it appears when they find themselves spending a lot of time together. Their close encounter will surprise them both when she finds herself pregnant.

Max’s motives for wanting the castle are for revenge. Brandy wants the castle because that's all she has left from the grandmother. Because of his cynicism Max comes to some very wrong conclusions about Brandy that may end everything for them before they even begin.

This was a great story about love and trust. The hero can't believe the heroine's motives, and since they both want the castle, they both are at odds. And, when they find out about the baby, they find their love can conquer all! I received an advanced reader's copy from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review.

This story is about two people having the deeds to a castle both thinking they own it. From there the story gets confusing, messy and a little irritating.

I didn't feel any connection to the characters or their supposed insta love. Brady was annoying. Max was just one dimensional as a character.

The end 'winning' her back was problematic at best. A person can not be stolen away when they are choosing to leave of their own consent. You can't keep them just because you decide to suddenly fight for them.

Not sure why the title is pregnant lover when shes not aware shes even pregnant to move then half way through the book and it ends up having very little to do with the storyline.

Such a cute romance. One night stand turns into an instant love/hate relationship. Misunderstandings that almost tore a promising romance apart. So glad it worked out in the end.

'The Tycoon's Pregnant Lover' far reaches the exceptions set by its mildly unfortunate title.

We find ourselves drawn in by the story of Brandy and Max, the two participate in an unforgettable one night stand, only to find the next day that they both are claiming rights to Landon Castle. From then on the dynamic of these too 'enemies' unable to get the other off their mind unfolds.

I thoroughly enjoyed this read. I found the characters and plot to be exceptionally well thought out, especially in the case of how short the novel is. That might be my only complaint, the length. With just under 200 pages I felt left hanging with aspects of Max and Brandy's story, pieces of their story that I so badly wanted to dive into even more. However even with that, I still think Leslie North did an exceptional job weaving together the story in the time allotted. I will definitely be looking into the next few books in these series, and I recommend everyone else does as well.

Great description of characters. The storyline was easy to follow and flowed great. Read story in one setting. Can't wait to read more from this author.
