I am a massive fan of Jane Linfoot’s books and this one was not a disappointment. I couldn’t put it down from beginning to end. Really can’t wait for her next book...I hope it’s soon!

I received a copy of the book from Netgalley to review. Thank you for the opportunity.
A sweet and lovely heart warmer of a story. The characters are quirky, funny and very relatable. The writing is great and I especially liked the chapter headings.
A great read.

This is the first book of Jane's that I read and it won't be the last. I'll be searching for the next one straight away. It had such a lovely warm feel about the story and I loved the life development of Milla. There were a couple of twists in there to keep you guessing but the love and romance in the story were just lovely. I couldn't put it down. I would highly recommend this book.

Romance was the last thing on her mind, but what was she to do when her best friend pushed her toward one? After being betrayed, Milla decided to go to Cornwall to improve the Wedding Shop along with her friend, Poppy. Then love happened.

Jane Linfoot wrote a beautiful affirming book that warmed the cockles of my heart with the words. Emotions and friendship seeped in, thawing my cold heart. All the characters added beauty to the prose. Heartbreak to healing to romance captured me.

Overall, a wonderful light read, just perfect for Christmas.

Loved this series of books, and I liked how this one gave you chance to catch up with characters from the previous books as well as introducing Milla.

Milla is back in her home town after her fiance left her for Phoebe, her business partner. She needs a break from it all, especially as Phoebe has just had a baby.

When she meets Nic, she is attracted to him. but a misunderstanding leads her to believe she is helping plan his wedding, so she needs to keep her distance.

A great read.

This is an entertaining novel about friendship and love. This is my second novel by this author and I really enjoyed it. I loved the Cornish set of St. Aiden, the romantic plot, and the developing relationship between the protagonist Milla and Nic, her love interest. Their witty exchanges and easy relationship were my favourite part of the story. This novel is part of a series, but, if you like me, you haven’t read the other books, you will have no problem following the story. If you are looking for a light and enjoyable read to lose yourself for a few hours, then I suggest you pick up this novel.

This is the first of Jane Linfoot's books I've read but it won't be the last.
This is part of the Little Wedding Shop series which I assume has a few love stories related to the wedding shop. Milla has moved back to St Aiden to have a break from her wedding business partner who stole her fiance and popped out their baby on Valentines Day. A chance encounter with Nic means she gets a Valentines Day kiss just before she ends up planning what seems to be his wedding. I love the dynamic between the two characters and Milla is such a great person. She is a walking disaster but still manages to help people get their dream weddings. I look forward to reading more in the series.
Thanks to Netgalley.com and Harper Collins UK, One More Chapter for my complimentary eARC copy.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC of Love At the Little Wedding Shop by the Sea by Jane Linfoot. I started and restarted this book twice and I’m glad I kept going. This is a hokey love story that I totally enjoyed. The main charter, Milla, was so full of personality and humor. You were totally cheering for her to fall in love with Nic. A great uplifting read! I will be recommending it.

This book is such a delightful romance that transported me from a rainy room in lockdown to a beautiful sea side village and some amazing characters.
Jane Linfoot writes such great characters, that are super relatable and have you rooting for them to find their perfect happiness. Against the beautiful backdrop of the Cornish Coast, unlucky in love Milla finds herself living in a Wedding shop trying to get over a personal and business betrayal. Fun and frolics ensue and you are trasnsported into a delightful world of cocktails, beach walks and unruly dogs.
I didn't realise that this book was part of a series, and I know just where to go to find more like it - a fabulous read, that is perfect for entertaining us in these uncertain times.

If I would have known that I will love it this much, I'd have got to reading it way earlier than now.

Though I loved the hero, heroine and their chemistry, I also loved the fact that how the entire cast and crew (all the characters) were playing their part to bring about the happily ever after for Mila and Nic.

When it ended, I wanted more of these two.

I absolutely love Jane Linfoots books. The covers are always so pretty, that you can't fail to be tempted to pick them up. The books are full of romance, friends and heartwarming stories. It's like returning to friends.
Milla is a wedding planner and finds refuge with the girls at the Little Wedding Shop by the sea. The characters and their roles in the shop feel so familiar now. I enjoy every page.
I already can't wait to read Jane's next book.

This was a lovely discovery and a thoroughly enjoyable read. I'm not a huge weddings fan but reading a story about them seems to be fine. I do like a series and I have been searching out other Jane Linfoot books to read since reading this one.

'Little Wedding Shop by the Sea' is the fifth instalment in a fun, lighthearted chick lit series. Each book can be read as a standalone. If you are into seaside villages in Cornwall and love everything to do with weddings, then this is most certainly the book for you.

This is classic chick lit at its best - formulaic yes, but a sure fire winner for those who sign up for it. Milla’s story is full of tears and laughter and much eye candy. So whilst on the one hand you will get the brewing chemistry, I do believe that Jane has provided richer themes that provide some depth. This is a book that encourages not only new beginnings but also the evolution and growth in confidence with the establishment of self, before launching into a relationship.

‘Everyone here, including you, helped me learn to love myself. Maybe it’s time for you to let the guilt go. Learn to forgive yourself.’

Of course, there is always the attraction of the beautiful Cornish countryside with the St Aidan harbour and many of the locales on offer for wedding receptions. Which leads me to the next feature - weddings! If you love a good wedding, or two, then this is most definitely the book for you. You name it and it is here ... the whole assembly of wedding planning from cakes to photography, from dresses to venues - this book covers it all.

This is a series of books that is formed on a solid friendship base and, on this occasion, rallying together after Milla’s relationship woes. So if you love a good romcom by the seaside, look no further. You will laugh and lose yourself in the wedding madness that is the 'Little Wedding Shop by the Sea'.

‘Of all the weddings in the world, he has to turn up at this one.’

This was a charming, cozy book. There was nothing particularly remarkable about it that would set it apart from all the other books in this genre, but it was a very enjoyable book just the same.

I really enjoyed this novel. It did take me quite a while to get into I must admit but the more I read the more I found myself loving it. Jane Linfoot has quite an eccentric way of writing, so sometimes I found myself a little lost but I quickly made my way back to the storyline.

Main character Milla seemed a bit of a pushover when it came to Phoebe and that didn't really sit well with me to be honest because how she let her talk to her like that I'll never know! But in the end she stood her ground and it was the happy ever after I was looking for!

My fave ever character was definitely Nic, he seemed so full of life and so caring that it was hard not to like him. There were a few moments in the story where I did feel my eyes welling up a bit and there are some wonderfully heartwarming moments too that'll make your heart sing.

Overall, a beautifully written and lighthearted, uplifting novel about new beginnings.

Although this is part of a series you can read it without having read the others first. A pleasant easy read involving friendships, romance, blogging and social media trends.
