I was not able to get interested in this book and I did not finish it. The characters and the plot were not able to catch or keep my attention.

Nice idea; the execution could be expanded a bit more. It's a workbook that helps a couple plan a bucket list item and then analyze the results--what went well, what didn't. All 50 pages are identical, though--I would have a) liked to see a bit more help in brainstorming kinds of things to do; and b) had some variety in the pages themselves. However, if your significant other has expressed interest in doing a bucket list, this would be a slam dunk gift idea!

Thanks to the publishers and NetGalley for a digital ARC for the purpose of an unbiased review.

In al honesty, this was not what I thought it would be. I was hoping for some ideas for bucket list ideas for couples. However, this was just a journal that provided reflection for things that you as a couple already had planned. The questions were helpful, however, and I do think they would provide some good reflection to ensure conversation in a couple. I can't say I would recommend it unless someone was particularly looking for a journaling tool.

Love the concept of this book and the way it’s set up! Sometimes we feel overwhelmed at all the things we want to do with our families and this book offers a practical and easy to execute plan for making the most of our days!

This would be a brilliant book in a printed format for a couple, or a family, to keep track of their goals and achievements. It uses a simple format to record items for a 'bucket list' together with the goal and notes about when and how each goal is achieved.

It would be simple to create such a journal for yourself, but this would be good for anyone feeling less creative.

I received an eARC of this book from the publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Same thing all the way though, 50 bucket list worksheet pages set up the same. What it was, what you thought and other points of what you and your partner did. Nice to track things you wanted to do with your partner and memory of it.

This seems like it would be a great book to sit down with a spouse (or if you are single, a time for self-reflection), and list the things you want to do together and why. I know my husband and I have bucket lists and some items are the same and others are not (he's already been some places I want to go). I think I need to buy this and we should sit down and plan out our trips using this tool. Good book to create dialogue and open conversations.

Thanks #NetGalley for the review copy of #YouMeandOurBucketList

This is a great journal for couples to record their bucket list ideas and also notes about the adventures they go on. There is a list of a few discussion prompts to turn the planning into a deeper conversation.

The main benefit to a book like this is that it becomes a lifelong record of plans you’ve made and things you’ve done, so it could be very fun and heartwarming to look back at the filled in pages every now and then.

Not quite what I thought this was going to be. Not a book but a diary / notebook. There's plenty of space to fill in a couples bucket list. A lovely idea but not what I was expecting.

It is indeed a book that would be fun as gift for couples that want to do more together. It gives you enough space to write and it’s probably going to be the next gift I’ll be giving to my wife.

Well if you don't browse before you buy you might feel disappointed when you open this book.
If an initial glance at the book leaves you less than happy, then look again and try to grasp what is on offer here.
This is not a book of pictures of places to go, to add to your bucket list; that is what the internet is for. No the beauty and simplicity of this book is the structure to record up to 50 bucket list ideas that are more realistic and achievable. For this journal will be a forever record of what you decided to do together and why. What you hope to achieve and the format to log that aspiration into an achievement.
I guess if you are going to undertake one special task, let alone 50 you need to have the impetus to go forward. You don't need a lounge book that doesn't get you out of your house but a tool-kit for recording the important bits and planning and discusing it together. it is a transparent act, not one forcing the other to live out one's dreams but forging new dreams and memories shared between you both.
In the end for all who follow this plan they will have a tremendous resource to plan future trips and a means to reflect on past expeditions and attainments.
So buyer beware. If it is bought and not filled in it was not for you-it isn't the books fault it is just that you have failed to realise your future.
Equally, care when buying for others, remember the motivation needs to come from within them, however, this journal may just be the catalyst they need. It could then be a gift that changes lives.
I liked “Talk it Out:” and “What we learned about each other.” I liked this shared experience and the fact we are encouraged to discuss our mistakes and the many reflective questions, summed up by:
“What did this adventure make you grateful for? “
Is this a book that can change your life? Or
This is a book that can change your life. This book provides the template and the order, it’s up to you

This is the perfect journal for couples who want to explore their bucket lists together. It allows for conversation over fears and what they are looking for most before the adventure, and even more conversation topics after. It's a great way to document a lifetime journey with your partner.

The book is more of a note-taking journal. There is space for 50 accomplishments. The prompts are the same for each with the added discuss option. I think as a little reflective exercise after accomplishments the book is great. I would have liked to have seen how and why the book was created.

I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed by this book at all. The same exact 2 pages of prompts are just repeated over and over again 50 times. It's as if no real effort was made and I didn't care for the layout or the font used either. I'm actually a little shocked that this is going to be sold, I can't in good conscience recommend that people spend money on this book. It feels much more like a free online resource that you could print off at home yourself.

Not what I expected. Not very creative because all the prompts are the same. They are repeated throughout the book. There are a few quotes dotted throughout the book but nothing original or creative. It might work as a kick start for some people, but not sure it is necessary. I don't really get the point, but hopefully some couples will and will use it as a tool to encourage them on their journey.
