Harley is the best man out there. He is the most patient man especially when it comes to Piper, his one true love. This is an emotional, funny and sexy book read. I see a lot of myself in Piper just not the wanting the kids part. She is fearless and doesn't take crap from anyone. Though she does hide herself and her true feeling. She also thinks bad about herself and that low self esteem has me sad for her. All men and women have issues with themselves but when they find the right person to see that they aren't going to change them then magic happens. You can read this book as stand alone or part of the series. I have never read a book by Melissa Foster I didn't like. Every single book makes me laugh, cry and get my fan ready for all the hotness.

*I received a copy of this book from the author/NetGalley and am voluntarily giving my honest opinion*

She Loves Me was a pleasant read. From the last book, Piper and Harley seemed to have a hidden attraction. I couldn't wait to dive more into it with this book. I enjoyed seeing the progression of Harley and Piper's relationship as the story progressed. I love that Harley knew what or shall I say who he wanted and that was Piper. And seeing how he went at her pace and the interactions between the two were sweet. It was clear how much he cared for her and how deep the feelings ran. Piper was portrayed as a tough as nails woman but there was still something sweet to her. Their friendship was entertaining and endearing. They had a close bond. I also loved seeing the family and friends interactions-it was nice. The story keep me engaged and was quite enjoyable. Overall this was a good read.

I’ve been captivated with the Dalton siblings since The Real Thing, and in particular Piper Dalton and I couldn’t wait to read her story. She Love Me is the third title in the Harmony Pointe series, but it’s also connected to the Sugar Lake series, and is a small town, friends to lovers romance.

Harley knows what he wants and he isn’t afraid to go after it. He’s driven, dedicated, loyal and loving. A family man, and will do anything for those he holds dear. He had the patience of a saint, and add in the fact that he’s quite sexy and charming and he’s the perfect book boyfriend.

Piper is stubborn, sassy, strong, resilient and unapologetic about who she is. She’s incredibly honest about what she wants, and the fact that she won’t change for anyone. She’s competent, kind and caring, but doesn’t see herself as maternal or loving. Piper is a career orientated woman, who has a few hang-ups. She struggles to realize that the right man will love you for who you are not who you can be, at times her inability to see what’s right in front of her can be quite frustrating.

The chemistry between this pair is undeniable and their banter is fun and flirty, and as with the previous books featuring the Daltons, all the family make cameo appearances, and the strong themes of family and friendship flow throughout.

I was captivated by several of the side characters and hope that at some point in the future they may have their stories told as well.

I have waited for Piper and Harley's story and I have to say that I loved it. They are my favorite couple so far.

Piper hasn't been the girlie girl for a while. She is part-owner of the construction company and is better with a hammer in her hand than with heels on her feet. She also isn't the marrying type. She likes Harley but would never lead him on to think there could ever be anything between them.

Harley Dutch came back home when his dad got sick to help with the family bar. He has liked Piper for years, but she doesn't fall for his flirty comments.

When Harley gets hurt, Piper is the one to the rescue and the one to take care of him. While she is at his house, she will renovate his bathroom so it will be easier for a man his size to move around. As Harley and Piper spend more time together, he knows he is falling for her, but Piper keeps hiding her feelings. Oh, she believes in love, just not marriage.

Can Harley convince her that they belong together? Will Piper see that Harley is not going to hurt her? Will they be able to make a life for a happily ever after?

I love this series and each book that deals with the Dalton siblings as they find love. But Piper has been the one I have been waiting for and her and Harley's story was worth waiting for. I was not disappointed and I recommend this series and anything from author Melissa Foster.

This is the third book in the series, but as any Foster fan will know, all of the stories link with other series too, so that there is a whole world of connections to enjoy. That said, you could read this as the first one and still enjoy it. I do think that you would be better to read this series in order as it would give you a much better understanding of Piper. She has such a protective, defensive streak and it really does take a lot for her to finally open up to the idea of a relationship – so be patient with her... her best friend, Harley, knew this and we get to see just how patient he can be!

I loved being back in Sweetwater, with Piper's crazy mum who believes her potions and lotions have magical properties, her sister Willow, who is an amazing baker, amongst many other lovely people who support both Piper and Harley. Huge shout out to Jiggsy too, Harley's dog, whose timing is hilarious when Harley tries to take his chances.

As always, be ready for some very heartwarming moments, but also be ready with a tissue or two – both for good and sad reasons. As we get to meet a few new faces, we can just imagine how they are going to be drawn into the fold, and we catch up with some old friends and see their families grow too. Like Harley, be patient with Piper, enjoy the fun that they have, the love that they feel, and the passion that they enjoy. Happy reading!

She Loves Me is the third book in the Harmony Pointe series by Melissa Foster. We have met the other Dalton siblings in the past books and some if not all, have already gotten their books. I need a family tree asap. Piper is Dahlia's sister from Love Like Ours, which happens to be one of my favorite MF book.

Unlike the two previous books in the series, this one was not a winner for me. There was something that wasn't clicking and I am afraid that it was Piper aka the heroine. She wasn't a bad person, but I found myself thinking that she seemed to not be able to decide on a single thing and she was very black and white about most of the things in her life. Harley is the grey she needs in her life. Even the epilogue which could have been very sweet otherwise was ruined by her train of thoughts. I am not a fan of characters who are either way up or way down and she was like that. The words middle ground were not in her vocabulary and it made me enjoy the book a little less. Harley also has some issues but he seemed to be able to work them out and be a person I would want to be in a relationship with. He was patient and caring and I liked him from the previous book(s) in which he appeared.

My main issue was with Pipper as you just read and the rest were not very important. I read the book fairly quickly and the story flew nicely. The other thing that really bugs me is that Harley is on the cover, while I feel that it should have been Piper. I would recommend the book with some hesitation.

In case anyone wonders, Piper dated Harley's brother, but they did not sleep together and there is no ow/om drama.

She Loved Me is the third instalment in Melissa Foster’s Harmony Point series and follows the ups and downs Harley Dutch (a rough and tumble bar owner) and Piper Dalton (a tough as nails construction worker, yep you read right!), on their road to romance. Harley and Piper have known each other and been best friends for years, but what Piper hasn’t realised, is she has always held a special place in Harley’s heart. An unfortunate accident gives Harley the opportunity he needs to finally show Piper that a romance between them is definitely plausible, but it won’t be easy going to crack her emotional walls. I loved Harley and would happily take him home myself, however, even though I could understand some of Piper’s issues surrounding romance, her character was difficult to like or warm to. I enjoyed the overall concept and storyline of this book but struggled to see piper and Harley as a good fit. An average read for me, simply based of the female lead.

4.25 stars--SHE LOVES ME is the third instalment in Melissa Foster’s contemporary, adult HARMONY POINTE erotic romance series-a spin off form the author’s Sugar Lake series. This is former Wall Street investor /bar owner Harley Dutch, and construction worker Piper Dalton’s story line. SHE LOVES ME can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.

Told from dual third person perspectives (Harley and Piper) SHE LOVES ME follows the best friends to lovers relationship between former Wall Street investor /bar owner Harley Dutch, and construction worker Piper Dalton. Harley Dutch has been secretly in love with his best friend Piper Dalton for as long as he can remember but Harley’s brother Marshall destroyed our heroine’s heart years before, and Piper has never been able to overcome the betrayal and hurt. When Harley gets injured at work, Piper finds herself looking after her best friend, along with his two young nieces, and the ice around her heart begins to slowly melt. What ensues is the building romance between Harley and Piper, and the potential fall-out as Piper refuses to commit to a happily ever after.

Harley Dutch knows Piper Dalton is the only woman he will ever love but convincing Piper she is worthy of his love takes patience and time. Piper doesn’t do relationships or commitment, and continues to struggle with one past heart break that destroyed her faith in forever and men.

The relationship between Harley and Piper is a best friends to lovers that is threatened by Piper’s inability to let go of the past. One heart breaking betrayal has controlled her future in that she refuses the possibility of marriage and family. Harley is flirty and playful, and his attraction to Piper is threatened by ghosts form the past. The $ex scenes are intimate and provocative. The sexual chemistry is palpable, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.

Once again, there is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including several from the aforementioned Sugar Lake series, as well as Piper’s brother Ben and Aurelia (Call Her Mine #1), Mason and Remi (This is Love #2), Harley’s sister Delaney, and her daughters Sophie and Jolie: Piper’s sisters Talia, Willow (Zane), and the introduction of Harley’s brother Marshall.

SHE LOVES ME is a story of family, friendship, betrayal and love; of heart break and recovery; of love, loss, and acceptance. The premise is emotional and engaging; the romance is seductive and passionate; the characters are charismatic and dynamic. SHE LOVES ME is an encouraging and spirited look at family and friends.

She Loves Me is another FABULOUS story in the Harmony Pointe series. You absolutely do not need to read the previous books before jumping in to Piper and Harley's story! I've been waiting (probably along with everyone else!) for Piper to find her guy and I'm beyond excited that Harley didn't give up on her! She is one tough cookie and puts up a heck of a fight to not fall in love. Give it up, girlie. This is Harley Dutch, with a terrible wingman, a 12" meat lovers, and a panty melting smile...and he's going to take your walls down one brick at a time

We catch back up with the Daltons and their significant others and we meet-and fall in love with-Harley's family as well. Harley has some deep wounds that are ripped open and Piper is right there with her not-so-sappy, hardcore support. This is not your typical love story, that's for sure. I don't think I've ever met a character so determined to fight Cupid's arrows (or her mother's potions!) and while I love Piper's strength and kiss-my-ass attitude, I love when she falls even more! She's a fighter to the very end!

Harley has been on the sidelines forever, watching over Piper and keeping his heart protected-just like Piper does hers. Even when they venture into their crazy coupledom, he keeps his heart guarded and really fights for her love and her heart. I freaking love that SO MUCH! I love that he wasn't like most of the heroes we see and sex wasn't just sex for him. It was meant to be something more. And holy hotness, it ended up being sooooo much more!!

There was a point in the story where I wanted to reach through and throttle her for not budging and letting it all get ripped apart. But, yeah, after an amazing sugar binge and meltdown, she totally nailed the comeback. And just when you think you have it all figured out and it's going to be a happily ever after...it gets happier!!!

She Loves Me is book 3 in the Harmony Pointe series and it was an ok read for me. Unfortunately I'm beginning to think that maybe this author just isn't for me. While I loved Harley and his determination to finally make Piper his, I couldn't connect with Piper at all. I did enjoy them together at times but overall like book 2 the story was cheezy and boring. I feel these stories are to long and with nothing happening I lose interest by the 50% mark.

"I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own."

What a ride! I felt so many emotions reading this book, I can’t even comprehend! I was happy, laughing, cheering for the couple, and then I was angst, a little mad and sobbing (and not for the couple!). What a wonderful work Melissa did!

I love the Dalton family, I wish mine was like them! And Piper did not disappoint. Actually, she is my spirit animal! She is tough, smart, stubborn, comfortable in her own skin and straight forward. What I like the most about her, is that she also has some vulnerabilities that only a few people know and understand. She doesn’t want to be married and have kids, but not because she hate them, but because she think she would be good at. Her biggest fear? Someone try to change her, like so many tried. Don’t we all want to be loved for who we are?

Harley is Piper’s best friend and in love with her for a long time. He’ll also do whatever it takes to love and protect his family. And let me say, his family went through hell, from his father disease and death, to his sister sickness and the whole Marshall, his brother, mess. He is responsible, caring, super fun, a huge patience and focus on his goals.

He is also very vocal of his feelings and it’s super sweet, but once he has a ankle injury he decided to get off of Piper’s friend zone! And it was super fun to read their road to love, their banter and her realizing that she loved him as well. Not even going to start with their chemistry, it was off charts. And Harley had the BEST dog ever, Jiggs, this award is for you. I love you.

Other worth mention moments: Piper’s father speech about people change it’s so inspiring and I think everyone should read this. Marshall story was so heartbreaking, I was so emotional, what a turnover of events. This one changed the game.

I loved the ending, so deserving and I was left feeling fulfilled. I laugh a lot with Piper claiming she made a mistake and the reactions of everyone, so good! And Melissa also gave a good kickstart for what it will probably be her next series, the Dark Knights

I have been waiting for Piper's story forever! Once I got this I couldn't put it down because the relationship between Piper and Harley is just different from the other siblings. They have been there for each other and under all that banter you could see the sizzling chemistry waiting to burn. Most of the time I spent the whole book cursing Piper out and hoping she would see what was right in front of her. What I love about Melissa Foster's books is that the other characters, family and friends, make the story as well as the couple. There's meddling and some more potions and banter, and I just laughed.

This is the story of Piper Dalton and Harley Dutch who have been best friends like forever.
Piper had her heart broken in the past and never wanted to go through that again, so put her life into running her construction business. But when her best friend Harley is back home recovering from surgery and also looking after is two nieces she jumps into help.
Harley has been in love with Piper for so long that while on his medication he professes his love for her and this starts of feelings that being in the friend zone is now no longer an option.
This was a great story by Melissa Foster in the third book of the Harmony Point series and look forward to the next instalment.

Piper is the last of the Daltons to get her Happily Ever After and I have been waiting for her and Harley to get together. Harley finally gets Piper after years of wanting her! If you have been reading The Sugar Lake Series or the Harmony Pointe Series you will remember Piper and Harley are friends, good friends. Harley has been trying to get Piper to go out with him for a while but she keeps shooting him down thinking he's only joking around....little does she know he's dead serious! If you haven't read any of the books in either series before now is the perfect time to start because each book can be read as a standalone.

Harley Dutch is a stand-up guy, he is running the family bar after his fathers passing as well as helping his sister raise her girls after her husband split years earlier. He's always doing for others but there is one thing that he has wanted for himself, Piper Dalton, his best friend, a woman so strong and independent she doesn't need anyone for anything. Piper has erected a barrier around her heart made of steel and she is determined not to let anyone near it again, one heartbreak was enough for a lifetime, which is why Harley has been relegated to the FRIEND ZONE!

Melissa Foster did a wonderful job with bringing these two out of the friend zone and into coupledom. I love the chemistry between Harley and Piper and I really enjoyed the way everyone could see what was between them before anything actually happened. Roxie wins MOM OF THE YEAR, she is one of the best characters I've come across that the book doesn't revolve around and I think we should have a novella of Roxie and Dan.....pretty please!!!

I recommend this book to anyone that enjoys Contemporary Romance or the Friends-to-Lovers Trope.

Happy Reading!!!

Melissa Foster has a way of continually topping one emotionally perfect story with another! With book three in her Harmony Pointe series, she delights fans again with Piper Dalton's story. We've seen her siblings fall in love and now it's her turn!

Piper is delightful. She's tough and can hold her own with any guy on one of her construction sites, but she is tender and sweet when life calls for it ... just don't let it get out!

Harley won our hearts quickly because not only is he her best friend, but he's obviously been in love with her for years and just biding his time until he thought she was ready to be able to handle the knowledge.

I highly recommend this story and the entire series to anyone who loves a close knit family and friend foundation behind each couple as they work through the road blocks towards their happily ever after. Always packed with emotions and entertaining!

First and definatley not the last Melissa Foster book. Although this is the 3rd in a series it can definitely be read as a standalone.
Wow this story was Hot!!! Piper is a hard nut to crack. She works in the construction industry and after a previous broken heart has learnt how to adapt and make sure no one hurts her again. She acts like one of the guys and doesn't take any nonsense. Harley owns the local bar and has been in love with Piper (his best friend) for years scaring off all her potential dates telling her they are no good for her. He injures his foot and his mum asks Piper to pick him up from the hospital. She takes to the role of nurse with her usual hard as stone approach but helps look after Harley and his 2 nieces who are staying with him while his sister recovers from breast surgery. Fed up of tip toeing around the elephant in the room Harley admits he's got feelings for her which Piper finds scary as hell.
I love a friends to lovers romances it's one of my favourite tropes and this was so well written it was instantly absorbed. I love how spunky Piper is and Harley is so patient with her, her brash ways only make him love her more. The side story that surrounds Harleys family dramas kept me interested so it wasn't all focused on the love story. There were alot of characters in this who I guess have their own stories but I wasn't confused by this as they were all introduced in a way that meant as a new reader to the series I understood who everyone was. I will definatley be checking out the other books in this series and other books by Melissa Foster

This book deserves 6 out of 5 stars, but unfortunately, the most I can give it is 5 stars. I loved this book! It is the story of Harley and Piper. It sort of is a friends to lovers romance, or more aptly, just took awhile to realise they were more than friends. Piper is a strong, assertive, woman working in a men's world, construction. Harley is a sexy man that came home to manage his family's bar when his dad gets sick. He has the biggest heart, and tons of patience as he works his web around Piper, but does so always thinking of her. I love his flirtatious comments. Then, there is Jiggs, Harley's not so good wingdog, but a sweet addition. This book is a wonderful story with all the passion, humor, and love that you always expect when you read a book by Melissa Foster. The only thing though was that I really wanted to steal Harley away from Piper, but their love was too strong. I very highly recommend this book as your next read.

3. 5 Breaking Down Walls
* * * 1/2 Spoiler Free
Melissa Foster has been giving her readers a group of characters who have only the best in mind for each other. Are they in each others business...Are they always looking to make things right especially when Not Asked...And have they been caring a torch for one another while being besties...Hell Yes.

In the third installment, She Loves Me, you have Harley Dutch and Piper Dalton. They have been besties for years. It started when they were much younger when Piper fell hard for Harley's brother Marshall. In high school, she thought they were a couple but he cheated on her. Piper then over the years had terrible experiences with other men leading her to believe there was something wrong with her.

You see, Piper was not like the standard young woman. She was not girly in the ways most are. Instead, she liked doing all the things guys did and ended up doing them better than most. She studied and got her contractor's license and went into business with her father. Piper could hold her own with her crew and none of these men doubted her abilities.

She only doubted her abilities with relationships. After having numerous guys trying to change her, she decided to hell with it. She was going to be who she was, blunt, stubborn, and just live her life alone.

Harley has been waiting...For the last three years, he has been there for Piper waiting behind his bar blocking any guy Piper brought for a date. It takes a freak accident, a sprained ankle, some serious pain medication, and two cute girls to put Harley's Final Push to get Piper to see he is Her One.

Harley is the Man. He is a guy who understands Piper perfectly, wants her just as she is, and is willing to be patient. Which is a good thing because he is going to need it.

The story plays out in Melissa Foster's style...some humor, some heart, lots of flirty banter and hot sexy times. There are all the other past characters from Harmony Pointe and a few new ones to keep things going.

She Loves Me is an adorable and great addition to the Harmony Pointe stories. The main characters have a strong connection.

Harley is so patient and loving. His love for animals, his family, and his friends is wonderful. He's protective, determined, and takes charge. I love his interactions with his nieces.

Piper is stubborn and a strong woman. She drove me nuts with how much she tried pushing Harley away. Piper didn't seem like she truly knew what she wanted, which is not how I was expecting Piper. I was pleasantly surprised with how well Piper handles the situation that Harley's nieces were dealing with. The Mad House sounds like an amazing place to visit to let out stress.

I'm looking forward to the other two Dutch siblings getting a story of their own.

I received this story as an Advance Reader's Copy. I volunteered to leave my review. All opinions are my own.

Piper and Harley are magical, but real. I love their struggles and how tough she is, but also sweet. Harley is a cuddly bear of a man who knows the best things in life are worth waiting for. I loved them, their story, and all of the side characters!

Thank you to Melissa and Lisa for letting me review this book.

This book is all about Harley and Piper. If you have read the other Harmony Pointe books then you would have met both of these characters before but you can read it as a standalone. I have been waiting for Piper's book for a long time and I was very excited to read it.

Piper doesn't see herself as everyone else does. Piper is one of the most caring people out there but her tough exterior lets her believe that she's not good enough. In the past, guys have tried to change Piper to be more 'girly'. My heart breaks for Piper that she has been through that. No one should have to change who they are for someone else. I love Piper's tough exterior as much as I love her mushy, sappy heart.

It might seem like Piper has friend-zoned Harley but I think she just had a few too many walls up to realise that she felt a lot more than for him. Harley Dutch is an easy character to fall for. He has a big heart. He is protective of his friends and family and is really just an all-round good guy.

I really enjoyed this book and I loved catching up with all the other characters from Harmony Pointe. Melissa really does capture your heart with each and every one of her characters and I love seeing how they are all doing.

I can't wait to return to another Melissa Book.
