My thanks to Rockridge Press, the author and Netgalley.
My short, squat, hairy guy came home this last Christmas with an air fryer. I'd seen them advertised, and I had a friend who had one. I thought to myself, self, that's what I want! I can no longer eat food that's fried. But, air fry? What is this magical contraption? So, now I have an air fryer, and besides making fries, I have no clue what to do with it! I did try making chicken fried steak. "It's a weakness!" But, it wasn't near as good as I wished. Actually, it was downright chewy!
So, this came up on Netgalley, and I thought to myself, what the heck?
It's good! I will confess that I hate chicken, so I completely ignored those recipes! But, if you like the foul...fowl! Then there's plenty here.
I've only tried one recipe from this book, so far.
The stuffed jalapenos. So, so, so very good. I am not supposed to eat jalapenos, but I had the ingredients, and thought that I'd make them for Dan. I ate 2. Sure, it made me sick, but damn...it was good! My short, hairy man loved them too!

This was a very helpful book. It gave me many ideas as to what to cook in my air fryer. Many food items that I would not have thought of trying. I cannot wait to go out and buy the book for my kitchen.

The Essential Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners
Easy, Foolproof Recipes for Your Air Fryer

by Laurie Fleming

📚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️📚

What a great book for new air fryer users. I was gifted a air fryer for Christmas and have only attempted a few things. After reading this book and trying a few recipes I’m excited to keep going. I’d definitely recommend this book to all new users.

Thank you to Netgalley for giving me the chance to read and review, "The Essential Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners" by Laurie Fleming. A super insightful book on air frying! The writing was easy to understand and I feel like I learned a lot of things I did not previously know about using an air fryer. I had no idea air fryers had accessories like grill pans, muffin cups and even baking pans! I just wish this cookbook had more pictures in it. I have had an air fryer for about a year now and have felt completely lost on what to use it for. (besides heating up leftovers) This cookbook has given me the direction I need to tackle the art of using an air fryer!
