This is a great resource for “aging”. There are some great suggestions and solutions for your future health as well as for your current health needs. The guidelines not only address the physical aspect, but also the mental aspect, as well. This is done in an easy to understand format. Each chapter covers a topic and provides a quiz at the end as a method of self-assessment, allowing the reader to get an idea of where they stand. I definitely recommend this read. Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book.
