This is a lovely book with a wide variety of ways to take care of yourself, well illustrated with beautiful stock photos throughout. It's broken into categories of physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual self care. Examples of the individual activities are yoga, stretching, meditating, using a face roller, making simple facial oils and cleansers, volunteering as a way to make new friends, cutting back on social media that doesn't nourish you, reading (always a big one for me!), painting, making a vision board, grounding (walking barefoot), getting enough sleep (with very helpful tips on how to do that), learning a new skill, making a happy playlist, learning to say no, focusing on chakras, using journal prompts, and much more. Helpful steps are given for each activity.

Do note that the spiritual section is more along the lines of new age spirituality and not traditionally religious. Some people may not like the focus on things like chakras and manifestation instead of prayer and more traditional spirituality. I think there's enough here otherwise that folks can just take what they find useful and leave the rest, which is what I did.

I already do much of the stuff in this book. I've learned as a busy mom of 5 that self care is part of a healthy life and it's simply part of my routine as much as cooking supper is. I get the feeling I'm in the minority though, and this book is a lovely way to get some ideas if you feel the need.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for the purpose of review.

This book opened my eyes. I'm not much for self help type books but as a mom, nurse and wife I figured this book couldn't hurt to read. Not only did it not hurt, it helped me immensely. Loved it!

This is a beautiful book, both physically and content wise. Divided into 5 sections (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual and Social) it is filled with easy and effective ways you can add self care into your life. Filled with recipes, tips, instructions and idea, I can't wait to try some suggestions out.

This was a really well laid-out book. I liked how it was divided into different areas of self-care. I enjoyed the pictures selected for each section. I'll definitely be adding some elements to my own self-care routine.

A fabulous book with tons of helpful tips and ideas to self care. We are all guilty of not looking after ourselves and this book reminds us that even the simple things can have an effect. It also gives you recipes and exercises to complete.

The book is in sections, and they are Physical, Intellectual, Social, Emotional and Spirtual. This makes is easy if you realise one area needs addressing over any others.

I love the colourings throughout the book, it certainly gives a self care, calming feel.

Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review.
