Because I haven't read the first book in this series, I did find the first chapter in this one a bit hard to follow - like I should know all about this even we were being given the details of how/why of where we find ourselves at the start here. Also did find that start a bit rushed/too fast-paced for me (could be because I was coming blind, not having read Rosie's book). But things smoothed along a little after and led to a beautiful, almost soulful and at times cute story of discovering who you are and what lies in the very deepest corners of your heart.

I really wish i knew this was a sequel before I started reading!! I didn’t realize until the very end. No wonder I felt so disconnected from the characters. Aria has lost her husband to cancer 3 years ago and cannot move on. She has found a new life as a “VanLifer”, a group of nomads who travel from one festival to another. Here, she finds good friends who feel like family. Can they help her move on with romance?

I could give my 5 star feedback here but I'm a little late to the Raisin party. Heading over to Amazon instead x

Aria is off with her book van on a tour of France, stopping at various fairs to sell her goods. Along with her best friends Rosie and Max. Aria has been running from life after losing her husband but maybe she will finally let herself live and find love once more.

Aww what a cute story. It's a little predictable but I still loved the story. I loved the diary entries from her husband. They were heart breaking but touching at the same time. The plot is simple and touching. It builds to a perfect ending just how I wanted it to end. The writing is well done and the descriptions of France are beautiful. Plus I'm a book worm myself so loved the links to reading. A beautiful light read for these hard times.

WHAT A GREAT READ....
Aria is widowed and cant think stright over than what she does best, which is read all the love fiction books there is. She usually does this through her small business and on her travels to european countries, this one is in France. We start in the UK setting off from London with her friends who are travelling alongside her in their campervans. Aria is sad becase of the love she once had and cannot get over the pain of loosing her husband. As well as the loss of her husband, she has lost his family too who all outed her once he died and never opened their doors to Aria. His mother hates what Aria did for him before he died, and Aria hartes how shes been treated by the whole family. In the process of travelling through different areas of France, she is reading a diary from her late TJ wrote about hhis feeling for her and life..
Her friends shes on the road with are all moving onwards in life and she has stalled and doesnt want to fall in love again because she doesnt want to forget about TJ.. There is one man who is on the road but not with Aria, they turn up with their vans and there is Johnathan is the most unconviential places but hes always there... Its a story about moving on after being widowed, about forgiveness and moving on wher in the world you end up. People move on quicker than you want to, but there becomes a point where you too need to forget the past and work on the present day and find happiness. Totally delicious foods are discussed and the best locations are in this book...
A brilliant book
I want to thank the publishers and netgalley for this book for a honest review.

As a fan of camper vans, good wine, food, traveling and of course books, i fell in love with this book. We meet Aria and her travelling companions and go on their journey both physically and emotionally. This book will have you laughing and crying in equal measures. I heartily recommend grabbing yourself a glass of wine and curling up with this delightful book.

As a lover of reading and bookshops and caravanning, when I saw this book, I knew that it was the perfect book for me - and it certainly was. Aria’s Travelling Book Shop is an absolutely amazing read. Although this is a sequel to Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop, you can read this as a standalone novel (although I also highly recommend Rosie's Travelling Tea Shop!)

Aria’s Travelling Book Shop is full of adventure, travels, fun, friendships and love but it also tackles grief and loss, how to live with grief and how to manage and move forward with your own life, remembering the loved one you have lost who will always be with in your heart and thoughts.

I would love to visit Aria’s Travelling Book Shop - it sounds so comfy inside that you could sit for hours and just read and chat to Aria. Aria has the perfect job and lifestyle, one of which many of us bookworms would dream of having! I loved the travelling element throughout the book and the depth given to the places travelled and the festivals they attended. The friendships and relationships are wonderfully written, I felt like I wanted to join them all on their travels.

The ending was perfect - Aria will never forget her husband but she is moving forward, grabbing every opportunity that life brings her, and honouring his memory.

For the perfect read about books, travel, friendships, romance and love choose Aria’s Travelling Book Shop by Rebecca Raisin - I give it five stars!

I loved this wonderfully heartwarming novel by Rebecca Raisin, as a fan of her previous books I was not disappointed by this uplifting, laugh out loud romantic comedy full of friendships, love and adventure and of course lots of fun and laughter along the way. Since Aria Summers husband died leaving her a widow she has sworn off love unless it’s in her romance books she loves to read. Aria is happy with her life on the road in her beloved camper-van-cum-book-shop, along with best friend Rosie and absolutely no romance. However when Aria has an accident after a few too many wines whilst singing karaoke and falls off the stage in to handsome Jonathan‘s arms Aria start to wonder if romance is in her future after all. With her mind still on her beloved husband though Aria tries to forget Jonathan and so decides to set off for the summer to France. No spoilers but Aria finds that her summer trip to remember might also change her life forever.
I loved Aria as the main character and really felt for her confusion between her past love of her life who sadly died and in risking her heart and falling in love again with Jonathan. I was cheering her on to get her happy ever after. This is a wonderfully written novel with some fabulous characters including the amazing camper van/book shop which I could just picture myself living in and running. This is a second chance love story with a difference and I was fully immersed in the storyline and the characters and read it well into the night as I could not put the book down. I definitely recommend this funny, romantic, heartwarming adventure story by Rebecca Raisin.

If you are looking for a light easy read, this book is for you. The story is from the point of view of Aria and each chapter has the name of the location at the top. The characters are likeable and although I wasn’t blown away by the story, I did want to find out what was going to happen. The pace of the story was good and I enjoyed the descriptions of the places. I would recommend this book. Thank you #netgalley

Very cute. I think I liked Rosie's story a little better, but I loved seeing the story continue. I will definitely reach for this author again when I want something light, easy, and fun!

Loved this! Such a fun, uplifting story which rolls along at such a great pace! Aria has gone through such a tough time and it is so nice to see how she comes through it and out the other side. Her lifestyle seems great and I really want to have a rummage around all the books in that van.....! What a great way to live - not one that I could see myself doing but I love the romance of it and in France of all places!

I would thoroughly recommend this book if you are looking for a light hearted, fun story - a great read.

Thank you to the publishers and Net Galley for allowing me to review this story.

Being a bit of a veteran of romantic chick lit I thought I'd read through every setting imaginable for the will they / won't they story. But a novel set in a bookshop campervan was a new one on me!

Initially I was cynical that I'd enjoy the story, with nothing I could immediately relate to in the setting or the main characters. But I found that it was pure escapism, with a trip through France (and its culinary delights) thrown in for good measure.

Aria's Travelling Book Shop is a great read, with charming characters and engaging language. I challenge you to not start daydreaming about the 'Van Lifer' lifestyle!

A lovely book with a real feel good theme to it. It comes with emotion in bucket loads alongside great friendship and some good old fashioned will they won't they..
