This book is captivating and kept me interested the whole time. It is a fast-paced page turner. Katelyn Ashe is a local Philly DJ (living in the Philly area I really enjoyed understanding the local references). The book opens with us learning that Katelyn has a stalker. Throughout the book we are taken through some twists and turns to learn what happened to make someone hate Katelyn so much, and what is happening now with her stalker. Secrets are unearthed throughout the whole book. The chapters switch, between Katelyn focused, Rodney (the detective) focused, and from the first person view of the stalker (whose identity is initially unknown). While I normally enjoy multiple view point books, I was not really fond of Katelyn and Rodney being told in the third person, while the stalker was being told first person. In addition, I am unsure if it was intended or not, but I predicted the stalkers identity about halfway through the book. Overall, I would recommend this book, as it kept me interested until the end.

Dead Air is an engaging suspense novel by Michael Bradly that takes you from city to countryside, while drawing out a long-held secret and solving an ages old crime. The book draws you right in and by the end of the first chapter, is a book you can’t put down. You will find your mind racing to solve this mystery right along with the detectives assigned to the case. Thanks to CamCat Publishing, NetGalley and Michael Bradley for the opportunity to read this page turner!

The premise for this book is interesting. however, the development of the plot was too sophomoric. this might make a good YA book.

A very engaging story about a DJ that has a past that she cannot run away from. Several twists and turns that has you on the edge of your seat. Well developed characters and the ending was a surprise.

What a absolutely amazing thriller. Captivating and fast moving from the start.. Kaitlyn Ashe is a local D J with a hidden past. When she starts to get anonymous letters from the shallows it is just the beginning. She moved and changed her name but someone is looking for her and is looking for revenge. One of the best thrillers I have read for a long time. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this book. Having read the blurb on the book, it took a somewhat different route to what I was expecting. The writing style is very engaging and the story was cleverly put together. It's a classic page-turner.

To what extent would you go to protect urself and ur little secret? This is the plot of this mystery novel. I am not gonna tell more and ruin this book, but you won't be disappointed with this one. A brilliant page-turner, fast-paced thriller with roller-coaster twists that well-suit the plot. Well developed characters and unpredictable storyline. Definitely worth the read. Will lookout for more Michael Bradley's books.
Thank you, NetGalley, Michael Bradley and CamCat publishing for reader's copy of this book. This review is my own opinion and is not influenced in any way.

This book was just….a mess from the beginning. The characters are flat, I honestly didn’t care what happened to the protagonist and the “bad guy” wasn’t scary or intense at all. There are a mess of unbelievable happenings in the book too, like the cops just skimming over the fact that they know she was involved in a drowning and changed her name and don’t press her on it until days after her fiancé is murdered; the fact that an accidental drowning would keep ANYONE from revealing what appears to be a harmless, if devastating, secret to find out what happened to their loved one. Then there’s the stalker, who apparently cares that their wig was stolen because *DNA*, but discards a cigarette in plain view at the murder scene. Yaaaa….ok. The cop even hands the protagonist a gun at one point, as if a real cop would EVER just give a deadly weapon to a victim while he runs off to chase the bad guy. And the icing on the weird, gross cake – one of the cops has made it tiresomely clear that this vic reminds him glaringly of his daughter, but you guessed it, - actually no one would – they get drunk together and lip lock for some kind of weird incestuous passionate kiss. It doesn’t go anywhere, but who kisses someone that reminds them of their own daughter?? *Gag* None of this book made sense, the plot was flat and one dimensional and it was a slog to get through it. I DNF’d with 20 minutes left on the Kindle version because the eventual killer became so predictable. This book was not a winner for me.

An incredibly fast-paced, highly readable thriller withs loads of plot to unravel. Just when you think you get a handle on what's going on, another layer of the story is peeled away and you realize you have NO IDEA. The ending is rewarding, and you'll feel all the little threads Bradley dropped throughout the book finally come together. Absolutely would recommend for any thriller lover out there.

(Bonus, the main character is a radio DJ and it's super fun to glimpse a bit of the behind-the-scenes of what radio DJs do!)

This was an absolutely addicting thriller. With tons of suspense, and edge of the seat moments. I loved the authors ability to keep the reader excited and patiently waiting for the next moment to occur. The Author was well versed in the subject matter and he did his research, which I appreciated. The plot flowed beautifully, and I was hooked from the moment I turned the first page. I read this in an afternoon, and I took it everywhere with me. I just couldn't stop. I had to know the Who? The What? and the Why?

We start with our Protagonist, Kaitlyn, a DJ at a radio station, who does your usual rock and roll and requests from fans. She has been getting a series of weird letters, and has this eerie feeling someone is watching her. She doesn't want to make a big deal about something, that could be nothing, but she is starting to worry. She has a secret of her own, and is it possible her past is coming back to haunt her?

This book is action packed, and you won't want to put it down. As soon as the print edition is released I will be adding it to my shelf, and re-reading post publication without the distracting errors.

Four Stars!
