Great refreshing read with small articles that require you to reflect and ponder..... Enjoyed very much

This book is perfectly timed. A collection of thought provoking, humbling and humanising little essays first broadcast on the Today programme smack bang in the middle of the often politicised and incendiary discussion of the current news story de jour.

These short vignettes designed as a spiritual palette cleanser for the day are topical, conversational and despite citing current events of days gone past, we as the reader can see just how easy it is to forget what is truly important in life particularly when attempting to see Christ in the humdrum everyday that keeps us distracted and cynical at times. .

Rhidian reveals himself to be as human and fallible as the rest of us and makes the point of setting a poser rather than issuing a set of instructions this is not so much WWJD but this is what Jesus might do if he lived in our lives . He also puts his money where his mouth is showing through example how we all can be a little bit more active in seeing all sides . being kind or just falling back on Jesus' example

Christians might want to read one a day as part of your devotions or read in one tremendous enriching gulp like I did but those of all beliefs can get something positive and thought provoking injected into their day
