I didn't realized there was such a thing as a mini Instapot we I requested this book, but thankfully I was still able to make some of the delicious recipes featured in its page from y own Instapot!

Great to finally have a cookbook for 1-2 person meals! The recipes were clear and well-illustrated. I made a few and they turned out well. I didn’t have to modify anything. Looking forward to trying the rest!

Excellent book for the new instant pot user. Also great for people who want to make smaller meals without a ton of leftovers. Enjoyed it and as a obesity medicine physician and culinary medicine doctor will use some of the tips with my patients. I review and use a LOT of cookbooks in my office and my home kitchen so this one was very much appreciated Thanks to NetGallley for the ARC

Loved the recipes in this instant pot cookbook. Just got my instant pot and I am always looking for something new to try. This book was a great addition to my kitchen collection - quick, simple, and healthy!

This is a small cookbook (100 recipes) specifically designed for 1 to 2 people using a small 3 quart instant pot. The great thing is that you can easily double the recipes for a larger cooker and the author provides tips on how to do so.

There is a sizable breakfast section, which may appeal to others more than me, as I'm not a big breakfast person. The Entrees, Soups and Stews section had a lot of great options such as taco meatloaf cups and Greek chicken gyro bowls. The cookbook is rounded out with a veggie/grain section along with snacks and deserts.

There are so many great recipes it seems like more than 100. Plenty of mouth watering photos as well.

I will definitely be buying this one to add to my collection!

This cookbook contains tons of delicious recipes with easy-to-follow instructions. It is perfect for beginner users of the Instant Pot Mini. The recipes are quick and easy, and most of all, healthy! The recipes use common ingredients that I already had stocked in my pantry. As a bonus, this cookbook is filled with beautiful and drool-worthy photographs. if you can only own one cookbook for your Instant Pot Mini, this is the one to own!

This is a solid cookbook for instant pot users.

I have the same relationship with my instant pot like most other small kitchen appliances. I buy them, use them obsessively, and then sort of shove them in a cabinet (rest in power air fryer, magic bullet, etc etc). I like the options here and the assurance that I'm eating something healthy, so using this has made my instant pot a main staple in my home.

My husband and I got an Instant Pot for our wedding almost 3 years ago and I've been afraid to use it. Reading through this cookbook, I found helpful tips that make it seem less scary and a lot of recipes that I would love to try: Cranberry Chicken, Cinnamon Apple Pork Tenderloin, Banana Chocolate Chip Mason Jar Muffins, and Buffalo Chicken-Stuffed Sweet Potatoes!

There are great pictures, easy to follow instructions, and the nutrition information is included for each recipe!

If you own an Instant Pot then Healthy Instant Pot Mini Cookbook by Nili Barrett is a fantastic addition to your recipes. I have a few cookbooks for my Instant Pot but I found this one to have new and delicious recipes to add to my collection. My family is very busy so this was a fantastic way to bring quick and healthy meals to our dinner table ! Enjoy !!!

I have been on the edge about buying an Instapot so I thought I would review this just to get a better feel. That being said, it's rather difficult to know simply by going over a recipe if it's going to work or not. That aspect looked good to me but I don't own one.

I thought the recipes were different & unique. Pancake bites, MN Wild Rice Soup (I'm from MN so of course I'm really going to look) & mason jar corn dogs were good examples of the solid recipes that intrigued me.

I liked the introduction of this cook book, it spent time discussing the details of the Instant Pot but not too much to where a reader would skip it. When I started to look at the recipes I thought they might be pretentious or have ingredients that were unnecessarily specific (arrowroot starch, coconut sugar, hemp hearts). As I finished I discovered that only a few of them were like that. Plus I could decide to omit those ingredients or substitute. I would probably copy my favorites out of a library copy of this and not buy it for myself. There weren't that many that I would actually make. I did like that they had some basics of instant pot recipes like yogurt, boiled eggs, rice, beans, oatmeal, cheesecake. I have a mini and I'm not so sure about their idea of making multiple cakes with mini mason jars. I'm curious enough to try it.

I love that this cookbook uses ingredients that you most likely have stocked in your pantry. The beginning of this book introduces you to the instant pot, and describes how to use the function buttons. It has a picture of commonly used tools and equipment, and how to use them. I didn't even know that there are mini mason jars until I read the cookbook. I like most of the recipes, and I can't choose just one recipe. I never thought of making Breakfast foods. It starts with breakfast, and it goes on to main entrees, snacks and appetizers, and then on to desserts. I definitely recommend this cookbook if you have an instant pot. The recipes are simple, use common ingredients, and are delicious and healthy.

This is my first experience with Nili Barrett's recipes and the cookbook piqued my interest enough to seek out her social media posts for more info. I found the portions of these recipes to be right both for the "mini" vessel and my often single-meal kitchen. I felt the calorie counts of some recipes were a bit high to qualify as truly healthy (entrees over 500 calories per serving) and there were layers of prep to some recipes that seemed to create more effort than it was worth to cook using this appliance. With those quibbles aside, I prepared and tasted several dishes that will go into my regular meal plan rotation. Sweet Potato Breakfast Egg Cups, Red Lentil Chicken Stew with Quinoa, Tuscan Polenta and Mochaccino Lava Cake are all winners for me. Congrats to Nili on the book that I believe will be appreciated by the right audience.

A great book of recipes and tips when you are cooking for just two. It is filled with easy, flavorful recipes that use pantry staples so you can start experimenting tonight.

This cookbook is perfect for owners of the instant pot mini. I always have a hard time finding recipes that aren't too much for my mini pot, not anymore! These recipes are perfectly scaled for the mini pot. I instantly tried a recipe ( bacon and mushroom pork) and it was fabulous!
Definitely recommend for all instant mini pot owners!

I really enjoyed the variety of recipes here. Specifically, I really liked the side dish ideas. We were able to double the recipes without an issue to size. The Creamy Corn Chowder has become one of our favorite things to make! I also love that they use alternative ingredients such as coconut sugar, cassava flour, and arrowroot for a healthier choice. There are a 100 recipes, and there are a lot for people who want a main entree with meat. I only wish there was more options for those who don't eat as much meat.

I am already a HUGE fan of the insta pot but I really needed to find some healthier recipes that would be easy to put together. This title does all of that and more! If you have goals in mind and don’t have the time to prep, this will be a must read.

This is a delightful cookbook for Instant Pot recipes intended to feed 1 or 2 people. The author includes an introduction to Instant Pots for new users, as well as recipes for breakfast, entrees, soups, stews, sides, veggies, snacks, appetizers, and desserts. The recipes contain"nourishing, whole foods" and offer suggestions for keto and vegan substitutions. Each recipe also provides the nutrition information per serving, and helpful tips to make meal preparation even easier. There are photographs included for about a third of the recipes in the book. I made the Layered Chicken Enchilada Casserole and Classic Beef Stroganoff recipes. Both meals were delicious and easy to make. My husband commented that the Stroganoff was especially flavorful.

I didn't realize that this cookbook was written by one of my latest YouTubers that I've subscribed to, I am impressed! The series is awesome and informative and the cookbook has great details regarding the Mini Instant Pot as well as a lot of wonderful recipes.

There is information regarding the way the Mini works, the best accessories to purchase for use with the Mini and great photos as well. The recipes look simple and delicious and I'm looking forward to expanding my Instant Pot repertoire beyond hard boiled eggs! I have the Lux Mini Instant Pot and I'm thrilled to find recipes specific to the size I use, as opposed to having to halve bigger sized recipes.

I recommend this for anyone that has a Mini Instant Pot. It doesn't disappoint, and there are many tasty meals in store for you. Highly recommend!
