Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my digital copy in exchange for an honest review.

Another request because I feel like reading books for younger readers right now. :) This is a book about big dogs, small dogs, and cats that are thought to be extinct. Harry is one of the small dogs and he lives in Little Rover, which is the area of Dog Town that is for small dogs only. He lives there with his best friends Junior and Fleabag. For the most part, Harry obeys the Dog Law, but sometimes he feels like being daring and he convinces his friends to head over to Big Rover where the big dogs live. The big dogs do NOT want them there and it is supposed to be a law that none of the little dogs cross to their side and vice versa. One night, while trying to escape getting eaten by the big dogs, he stumbles upon an entrance in to a new world. He discovers that cats actually DO still exist and they only come out at night. Long story short, this particular dog law happened from a falling out between three friends a long time ago. Can they fix things and all live in harmony? I guess you will have to read and find out what happens.

This book is very fantastical and is appropriate for younger middle grade kids. The story was told from several perspectives. It was about big dogs, small dogs and cats. I enjoyed the story of forgiveness and friendship. Will definitely share this book with my students.
