okay SO after a stint in a senior leadership role, I found myself on a JOURNEY to find leadership books that would help me both understand the dynamics of what I was experiencing as well as fight for/work toward lasting and meaningful change to benefit the organization as a whole too. enter: this book! (ps -- why are ALL leadership books some form of red/white/black?!?) I found it helpful, encouraging, meaningful, and applicable to my life/work.
