I received this book from netgalley for my honest review. This book is extremely cute and helpful. It teaches the story in Spanish and in English. Great for little ones trying to learn one of those language. Highly recommended.

That was a fun book, I love learning new languages through song. It is going to take a while to learn that as there were a lot of words but it will be fun to learn. I love the lift-a-flap colors at the end of the book.

My baby loved this book of Colors! This is a great learning tool for language, as well as for teaching color theory. As a mixed family, we hope for our baby to be raised bilingual and this type of book is perfect for starting language learning early. The earlier they start learning languages the more they will retain and better they will speak for the rest of their lives, so I am excited to add this to our collection of baby books. It was engaging, entertaining, and educational, both for baby and for parents! I also love that it comes with bilingual videos on the Canticos channel, it gives us a variety of learning mediums to try out, giving us many ways to keep our baby engaged and learning.

This is a lovely lift the flap board book for young children, which teaches them different colours, using bright and colourful illustrations of animals and nature. The text is easy to read and it teaches two languages - english and spanish. The book is quite short, but that would be ok for younger readers. My daughter enjoyed this book.

Many thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Could this book be any cuter?! Perfect baby board book for any child! The artwork is just adorable and the flip-ups are spot-on for each color! I really like that it's in English and Spanish. The best time for someone to learn a new language is when they are young!

When my kids and I are watching Nick Jr, we get to watch Canticos nursery rhymes. You know the ones - they are the nursery rhymes that are sung in both English and Spanish with the 3 little chicks and their friends. My son's personal favorite is The Wheels On the Bus.

In addition to adorable music videos, there are bilingual picture books from Canticos that help kids learn both English and Spanish words. We have 2 favorites that my kids love, and they were so excited to hear that a new book will be out NEXT WEEK about feelings!

This time around, we are singing about all the colors that are all around! And yes, we sang this book. After a few pages about the colors all around, we see the names of the colors in both English and Spanish.

This book helped my 3 year old learn his colors, and my 6 year old was able to get some practice reading. This counts as a double win in my book!

I love these bilingual books for kids, but this wasn't my favorite of Jaramillo's. I like how they're usually simple, and this one had quite a bit of writing on the first few pages. The illustrations were very adorable as usual, though, and the lift-the-flaps were really cute! I love how it has the English word for each color, and when you lift the flaps, it has the Spanish word for each color.

I really enjoy bilingual books! I just wish I had stated reading these to my children when they were much younger. But there's never a bad time to start. We just finished this cute little flip book and it's super easy to read, I imagine it'd be super fun for kids to flip the tabs, and it was fun for me hearing them trying to pronounce the Spanish words. I like that these books open the door for teaching children a new language and would definitely recommend these books to parents!

I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.

This is such an adorable book children will love to learn their English and Spanish colors with. The colors are vibrant and the animals are soooo adorable! Definitely worth picking this broad flip book up for the little one in your life.

This board book has everything I value in a book for toddler. Bright, beautiful illustrations, text in English and Spanish, and best of all it has flaps! The song “De Colores” is one of our favorite traditional songs and “All the Colors / De Colores” does a great job at incorporating the song into a hands on activity to help teach the colors to small children. I also love that there are tons of companion resources offered by the publisher, such as a youtube channel, an app, and printable activities on their website. I am a fan of everything Encantos Media puts out and so are my children.

Thank you to the publisher for giving me a free copy in exchange of an honest review.

This book was very short so there wasn't really any plotline. I was unaware that this was apparently a song which I thought was very cute. The whole concept reminded me a bit of Dora the Explorer due to the learning while exploring how Dora teaches you Spanish. Well in this book we also learn Spanish while singing a little song. I originally requested this book due to the art giving me a lot os nostalgia because it reminded me of a kid's book I used to read so much when I was really young.

I really enjoyed the couple pages there were to read and the art was so cute as well. Definitely recommend this book for small kids or maybe parents looking for a way to teach their kids languages.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of this board book! I love the Little Chickes! I have a 3-year-old son and when he watches Nick Jr. and they come on I always stop whatever I am doing to watch their little skit and sing along! This book was adorable and I will definitely get my hands on a physical copy when I can! Thank you again to NetGalley!

Super cute, colourful, and clever!
I love the use of both English and Spanish in this book. It assumes, to a certain degree, that you/your child know the colours in English and desire to learn them in Spanish. Each colour is shown in a box with it's text inside which is visually appealing to child and makes it easy to determ sFine which colour is blue (azure, green (verte), etc.
The only downfall of this cute little book is there is no real story. So this is a good functional book for learning; not a bedtime story book. You could even try taking the board book outside with you to point at trees, sky, birds, etc. to match up with real-life items.

I didn’t think this book was as successful as the other books in the series. Part of that may have been my setting on Pocketbooks being funky and putting the story into PDF only mode, or it may have been the book There was a little poem in English and Spanish and then a look at all the colors. I’ve seen it done better in other books.

I’m always excited to read bilingual picture books. This one is about teaching colors to kids in both Spanish and English. Those of us raised in Latinx households recognize the words are also from a familiar Spanish language song about colors. It makes the book extra special as one can sing along. Parents and educators familiar with the song can add that element for their kids, making it more fun to read.

This title is a bilingual Spanish/English one.  The book opens with some text about how colors brighten the world before teaching about the names of some colors in both languages.  The illustrations are sweet, vibrant and engaging.  This book is a nice way to introduce a young child to another language.

This book is a simple tool for helping to teach Spanish to children. The text is simple and the pictures are colorful. It mostly is a tool to learn the colors, but all the text is first in English and then in Spanish.

This was a cute book. I believe it is laid out to be a lift the flap book and will be lovely once it is. The layout, as it is for the review made it very tricky, as the pages don’t line up to tell them one colour and then its translation right after. It is great to be able to tell them the colours and help them learn the start to another language. Overall, we liked it and found it fun. Would love to see a longer version, for older kids.
