To be honest, this book wasn’t for me. The different subjects the authors wrote about did not pertain to me. I chose to read this book to read what their examples were for how keeping long, nurtured faith starts at home. It may not have been the right time for me to read this book.

I received an advance e-copy from netgalley for review. All opinions are my own.

While I’m not married, nor have children, I found this book interesting as it really does show how family dynamic can shape the faith of a child to have a lasting effect through the years. I think is not only an important read for families, but church leaders as well. I think that if the church is better equipped to help parents strengthen the bonds with their children and their faith, many more lives would be changed.
