My Review
I was very impressed with The BC Wine Lover’s Cookbook. It included a map of the region and a history of each vineyard along with a sample recipe.

The images were colorful and very well presented. It was an easy read and perfect as a table book. Can’t wait to try out several of the recipes, yummy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cookbook and highly recommend.

I am an avid BC wine drinker, and have been to many of the wineries listed in this book. I can't wait to try some of these recipes and pairings for my self! I also can't wait to give this book as gifts to my friends!
