This is the second book in the Full Bloom Farm: Book 2). Three sisters, Rose, Harper and May, the Anderson girls. The first book centered on Harper and now its May's turn. Living in a small town there are lots of opinions on everything, mostly gossip about the comings and goings of the inhabitants. Now it is 8 years later, 8 years after May's sweetheart Tom Riley left the town of Hillsboro, alone without May. Back then they were in high school and it seemed May wasn't really interested in leaving town with Tom and now he's back. He isn't the skinny high school kid any longer, perhaps he's changed...his image as the town's bad boy needs to be refocused, is May willing to do help, is she willing to trust him? This book about second chances was sweet, a warm story about love, family and trust. My thanks to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

A second chance romance for May Anderson and Tom Riley. She is to afraid to leave town with Tom the night of their high school graduation as they had planned. May let's everyone believe that Tom broke up with her so when Tom comes back eight years later to run his family's winery the town doesn't want anything to do with him. Now with Tom back in town will May tell the truth about what happened eight years ago ? Will she heal and will she be forgiven, what will the future hold for May and Tom? This will be answered in this warm emotianal second chance story. This is my first book by Amy's Murray but it will not be my last. Thank you NetGalley

A second-chance romance story between high school sweethearts. May and Tom broke up right after high school graduation when they were supposed to leave to travel the world together. Since returning to his hometown, Tom has been treated as a pariah for breaking May's heart, even though the rumors surrounding their split are hardly the truth.
This book has a definite Hallmark movie feel. The setting of small town Northern California and May's honeybee business is charming. My only complaint was that the conflict felt more like high school or college relationship problems, rather than adults. I would categorize this as new adult romance, rather than full-fledged adult, simply from the way the characters handled conflict, and that the successfully employed heroine was still living with their parents. 3.5 stars.

This was a wonderful light contemporary novel that was well written and developed. The storyline was engaging and kept me reading. The characters were well developed and I liked how the writer paced everything that happened in the novel. A great second novel in the Full Bloom Farm series.

A great story about letting go of the past and taking second chances. Everything about this book is great from the absolutely beautiful cover to the second chance at love for May and Tom. A real sweet feel-good romance. Perfect for a summer days' reading whilst sipping a gin and tonic.

Another lovely book.
This story is about May - one of the Anderson sisters.
When Annie invites them to her party - things get tense.
Following this May decides to take over the organisation of the Food and Wine festival. At the meeting Annie objects and says that Tom assist May. This is agreed and so, even though they both don’t want to be together doing this, they now have to be.
Old wounds are opened and secrets come out..
another fantastic read. Definitely recommend it.
