Bright and fun seek and find with a great background story! I enjoyed finding Ladybug in every scene, and loved separate challenges found on each page.

Join in on a wonderful, colorful journey in order to find Ladybug! On holiday from their detective agency, Daisy and Basil will lose track of Ladybug. Can you help them find him?

Look for Ladybug in Ocean City is a fun adventure for ages 1 to 100! Follow colorful pages and a very creative story in order to help Daisy and Basil reunite with their friend Ladybug. A wonderful read-along for parents and their children, absolutely recommended!

Fun search and find for older kids. The artwork is lovely so that adults will have fun looking at all the pictures too. Too much for toddlers to listen too or search long for anything.

This entrant to the shelves of books where you get lots of things to spot on each highly visual page is worth considering, but might not be the best. It has one of the shorter lists to complete, but is by no means easy – the artwork is designed to obfuscate and confuse the eye on a quick scan. Each double-page spread has the same basic menu (although one of those is always in disguise), but each diorama only gets a handful of extras. We gain a plot, of sorts, about two people becoming underwater detectives and at the same time looking for their missing pet ladybird, but what we don't have enough of, to my mind, is variety in the art – the designs are always fun and lively, but not quite varied enough. Still, if this is your thing, then by all means get busy with it – it will not be done with in a hurry. Three and a half stars.

This is a very cute book, with loads of things to look at in every picture. The book tells the reader some elements to look for in each spread, so that if you read it to a child or a group of children you don't have to come up with all the things to look for yourself! Ladybug is a sneaky fellow, and I would 100% use this in a 1st grade setting, either in English or just in general!
