I received a copy of this book from net galley in exchange for an honest review. I have small children and I saw this book and immediately thought of them and how they love telling stories about pirates and adventure. This is a wonderful book that sparks imagination and creative story telling just based off of a few fun choices you/they can make. Extremely fun and exciting to watch little imaginations grow. We've been through it once already before submitting the review I see a fun filled day in our future with this book. Would highly recommend to anyone with children who would love to hear story after story that their child makes up based on the prompts of this wonderful book.

This was such a fun book to read with my kids. They both loved picking out their characters, outfits, and especially their crew. They had a lot of fun with picking out their crew. I'm sure the kids and I will be reading this book many more times.

A perfect book to use in school with the lower levels, or lower-to middle-level English pupils! The story is fun and has a lot of different exciting and funny options for the reader to choose from, and the diversity in the characters you can be and meet along the way is perfect! I especially had a laugh with the possible appearance of the dinosaurs in the story! This book could be a great tool for pupils to write their own stories as well!

This is an absolutely adorable book that is geared toward children in grades K to 2.  It is charmingly and amusingly illustrated throughout.

This is a book that encourages children to make choices.  For example, children are invited to embark on their adventure...which hero would they like to be?  It could be a toddler, a skeleton, a chimney sweep, a goat or there are many others to choose from.  Readers then select their clothing, where they will go, what three items they will most need and so the book continues on with choices until the very end.

This title is an update of the choose your own adventure books.  It will appeal to little readers and would be a wonderful book to sit down and enjoy with a child that you know.

Especially now when we are stuck at home, give a child you know the gift of adventure.  I think that you will both enjoy it.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this title.  All opinions are my own.]
