"I feel...." this is a good book for opening a conversation between groups regarding different feelings. While the illustrations make it feel more like a preschool age book, I think it would be well suited as a starting point for a lesson for elementary aged students. Some adults may find it useful as well.. The book also gives some follow up activities and questions to follow.

I love this book for its simplicity and for the way in which it explores emotions outside of the basic happy and sad. The colors used are neutral and the emotions on the faces are very identifiable, even for young children. "There's one billion feelings, which ones do I use?" is a statement that reinforces for children that they are bound to feel lots of things and that is all ok!

I Feel is an adorable book to introduce a way to discuss feelings. I appreciate that at the end of the book is starters to go in-depth about feelings.
