There is so much respect going on I may need to read the rest of the series. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love and appreciate the sex work positive take this book has. It's not like its saying "Hey, have you tried prostitution? Its the best!" But it is also not demonizing the women for their choices and focuses on safety rather than moralizing. Good stuff.

The next best aspect of the story is the familial love. A lot of stories with orphans, adopted children, or blended families tend to put an undue emphasis on blood relations - as if those are some how superior. I like that this doesn't do that.

Lorraine Heath is a master in the Historical Romance genre. She is a must buy for me and you will not be disappointed in another one of her historical.

I loved this book! This whole series has been great and this author never disappoints. Benedict is the perfect hero and I loved Althea. Thank you to netgalley for the arc!

Beast gets his HEA! Great story as Althea struggles to make ends meet after she and her brothers are thrown from their homes penniless because their father, a Duke, was a traitor and hanged. She now works in Beast’s sister’s bar and he sees she is from Mayfair. Offering her a better job, she accepts, but asks Beast to teach her how to seduce.

I loved the romance and all the characters in Beast’s “residence”. Great story with an ending to see how all the Trewloves ended up. I do hope we get more of Althea’s brothers in future books.

Thanks to the publisher for a review copy via NetGalley.

*dies* This book was so amazing! I also can't believe it's the end of the series. Althea and Benedict (Beast) were so great together, and watching their romance develop was so sweet. Benedict is an absolute cinnamon role of a hero. He 'runs' a brothel, in that he owns the building, so that the women have a safer place to work. His goal is to find them more reliable (and less risky) employment, and hires Thea to teach them skills for working in upper class households. They're attracted to each other from the beginning, and being in close quarters gives time for their feelings to grow. I don't want to spoil anything, so I'm gonna cut this a little short, but I can't express enough how sweet this book was. And when things seem dark, the characters still obviously cared about each other and wanted to be together. Then to cap the book off, the epilogue did me in. It was such a great flourish for the end of a great series. There's a very specific scene pertaining to characters from a previous book that I want to see, but I am willing to beg the author for it as an extra.

Anyways! Read this book! Read this series! I can't express enough how good it is!

What a treat! I don’t often read Lorraine Heath’s historical romances and then I get my hands on one and call myself all types of crazy! Clearly, well-researched and well-written , with just the right amount of sexy, a Heath historical romance should always have prime position on my TBR list.

Beauty Tempts a Beast is a delightful read about a hero who has worked hard to carve his role in the world, which includes son, brother, friend and protector. The heroine was born the daughter of a duke and now finds herself a disgraced miss whose father plotted to kill the queen. Brought low, working in a tavern for meager coin, and sleeping in a ragged flat without the comfort of a bed has humbled and strengthened her. When the two meet, you can instantly tell each is exactly what the other needs. Heath does a fantastic job of building chemistry, friendship and intimacy between the two. I never wanted the story to end!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

4 1/2 stars! Not sure how Lorraine Heath's books have passed me by over the years but she has quickly become a must read author for me. This is my second book by this author and I adored Beast (Benedict) and Thea. The first half of the book was 5 star all the way, the last half I give 4 stars because I think the finding out of who Beast was, was a little rushed, but overall the book is fantastic! I think it would have been even better had I read the rest of the books in the series, but let me just say that the authors writing is so good, that I didn't even realize until I saw it in the comments, that it WAS part of a series. I cant wait to go back and read about the rest of the Trewlove siblings. I highly recommend this one!

I have loved reading all of the Trewlove's stories. I was so happy to finally get to read Beast and Althea's love story. The ending was my favorite, the way everything was wrapped up so nicely.

This was a very enjoyable story. It was part of a series and there were obvious references to other characters, but it was not necessary to read any story beforehand. This was my first reading in the series. I normally do not read Lorraine Heath. I was an avid fan, but her heroes becme too old and too damaged to interest me. So this is her first novel that I have read in about 10 years.
I really liked the story. The ages of the main characters were more compatible than she used to write about. I remember she always had young ladies of 19 to 20 years of age paired with men who were 36 and older. In my eyes, there is something wrong if they are still single at 32 and normally it is because they are arseholes.
Anyway, this novel was very fresh for me. I enjoyed the play of wit between the characters. The heroine was independent, but not obnoxious about it. The hero was sweet but all man from the start. He seemed very scary. I liked how the heroine put her trust in the hero. She seemed very intelligent. The book was well written with no obvious dangling plots line or unanswered moments. The grammar and spelling were correct. I give this book 5 stars and hearty recommendation that it will be an enjoyable read.

Another great read . Start to finish I was at the edge of my seat. Beast being Scottish and an heir to a Dukedom was an unexpected surprise . I cannot wait to read about Altheas brothers Griffith and Marcus

I’m typically sold any time a book blurb or title suggests that the hero is beastly in some fashion so the title help me sold right off the bat the blurb was very interesting and I absolutely love historical novels and this one was no different!

This book was delightful. It kept me turning pages until way too late at night as it was hard to put down. Beauty Tempts the Beast is the story of Althea and Beast. Althea is the daughter of a Duke who was accused and hanged for treason leaving her and her brothers to re-invent their lives. She finds a job serving as a waitress where she meats Beast...a both respected and feared man. What I loved most about Beast was how kind he is. And Althea is so strong. She takes a horrid situation and finds a way to move on. The pairing of these two is just fantastic. This was my first book by Heath but the 6th in her Sins for All Seasons series and it read just fine as a standalone. That being said, the first five instantly went on my TBR list. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who likes a good historical that takes place primarily outside the ballrooms of London.

I was eagerly awaiting Beast’s story. This man of few words has always intrigued me. And, because I have absolutely fallen in love with the Trewlove family, and have found each book in this series to be outstanding, I was anxious to see how this sixth book would play out. I am thrilled to say it surpasses my expectations. (The epilogue was fabulous!)
Who couldn’t help but fall in love with Benedict Trewlove and Althea Stanwick. Trewlove was a name synonymous with bastard and Stanwick was a name synonymous with traitor. Beast had been left on Ettie Trewlove’s doorstep as a baby. Thea had been cut by Society, leaving her and her brothers with no assistance or support. Neither had control over the events that had affected their lives so greatly. Both deserved so much better than the hand they’d been dealt. Having been raised by a loving family, Beast was mostly content with his life, if not lonely. Thea had felt completely lost and numbed after the world she knew had been destroyed. But together, they made each other feel again. Beast helped Thea to see another side of life. To know the people who worked so hard for so little pay. Introduced her to the gifts of life that don’t cost a penny but are still more valuable than gold. For Beast, Thea eased his loneliness, helped him find light in the darkness.
As with every book in this series, this story completely swept me away. It is absolutely captivating. I could practically feel the sizzle of chemistry between these two. And I loved that their intimate moments, while very passionate, were also fun. Their romance in a word was exquisite. Plus, they were both such good people that I wanted desperately for them to find their HEA. They both cared so deeply for others and put the needs of those they loved above their own. They were such extraordinary characters. So engaging and charming, and I loved watching their love grow.
While this book could be read as a stand-alone, I can’t imagine missing one moment with this fabulous Trewlove family. So do yourself a favor and read the entire series. You’ll be glad you did because this series is romance as it should be done. Sheer perfection!

It's been awhile since I last read from Ms. Heath, good thing her writings still didn't disappoint.

The story has very low angst in it. Beast is feared by many, but contradict to his huge structure, he actually cares about women. Quite a gentleman in fact. Althea on the other hand, is not someone I would root for because I really cannot fathom her reason to become a mistress. Like what??!

I love the Trewloves, their bond as a family was really strong and their relationship funny.

When the part about Benedict's lineage was revealed, it was so sudden and so fast that I was a bit unsatisfied. Good thing this book has a great and satisfying epilogue.

Some parts were left unanswered, which was explained in the end that the next book is gonna be about him.

Although this book is part of a series, it could be read as a standalone. But to fully understand each Trewlove, I highly suggest you read the whole series.

Benedict Trewlove is known as the Beast in Whitechapel. When he first spots Althea Stanwick, she's working as a barmaid in a local bar. He immediately knows by her demeanor and speech that she doesn't belong in his world and it peaks his interest of what happened to her. When he propositions her to teach his "ladies" the refinement they would need to improve their lives with better positions, she agrees and moves into the brothel bent on educating the ladies. The more time she spends with Beast, she sees what a good and generous man his is. Can she convince him that she does belong in his world?

I have not read any of the other stories in this series and didn't feel lost at all. Miss Heath has woven the story of an intriguing and compassion man who uses his brawn and fists protecting those who need it. Born a bastard he has limited options in life, but he has made a good life for himself. I liked Althea as well. She found she had a well of strength that she didn't know she possessed when she fell from grace of the ton as the daughter of a traitor. The story flowed seamlessly and was peppered with twists and turns I didn't see coming. When I thought the book was going to end, the biggest surprise of the book happens and it was so welcomed. I absolutely loved this book!

This series, Sins for all Seasons, was one of the best series I've read in a long time. This is the last and final book in the series. Although all can be read as a stand alone, the group of them is so much better.
Let's just start by saying that I cried on at least 3 different places in this book. One where Robyn is officially given the Trewlove name. Then when Ben defends Thea to the ton and in front of everyone bends down on knee and proposes. Last when at Ben's wedding his father proposes a toast to Ettie Trewlove, thanking her for raising his son to be the man he is.
This is a feel good true love story. Ben and Thea have endured some very difficult times. What they have had to endure makes them stronger. They both end up having a reversal of fortune. Thea losing all her status as a duke's daughter, having to work in order to eat.
Ben finds his real family and finds out he is now part of the aristocracy.
Two different paths that come together for a little while and then fork off in different directions .
Can the two find their way to be together again.
Very touching, very sweet, a truly romantic story. 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lorraine Heath - job well done!!!
I want to thank Netgalley for the chance to review this book!
