Well this was a really fun book to read.

It's not often I get to read about a pair of gorgeous twins, who clearly love each other, and in the case of Will, genuinely wants what is best for his brother, Ash, even if it breaks his own heart to do so.

Robyn has known the Barnes boys for years, but recently she is struggling to be around them, Ash is her ex and dumped her and moved to Australia, while Will due to being identical keeps remind her of Ash, but they love next door so avoidance is futile.

However things slowly change and Robyn spends a lot more time with Will, as they set up the Never Have I Ever club for the local community, a club to inspire its members to sieze the day, and try out new things they never have before.

I loved the idea and execution of this club, getting to meet many members of the village. There are some truly hilarious moments, including what one couple who are attending the club, who are pensioners, would like to try out, after reading one of the most popular books of the last decade!! Or the various older members of the group who are keen on revealing all manner of different things!

I adored this story, and really wasn't sure which twin would get his happy ending! I also enjoyed the romantic exploits of Robyn's other best friends, and also her aunty Fliss who is really fabulous too! It is just an all around good fun story, that I'm so glad I've read. I can now go to bed with a smile on my face, having stayed up far too late to finish this book!

Robyn Bloom finds herself in a messy situation, she lives next door to a set of twins, one of which she dated and was dumped, Ash. Ash dumped her out of the blue then left the country, leaving his twin brother Will at the house. Robyn avoided Will as he looked identical to his and it was too hard to see. But a medical scare brought Robyn and Will together.

When Robyns friends eventually stop being single, Robyn has to find something new to keep her busy....she develops the Never Have I Ever club that unites a small town.

After I had a little time to marinate, I went from a 3.. to a 3.5. But I’m keeping it here rather then a 4 because it just didn’t quite reach that mark for me. There were a few parts that really rubbed me the wrong way, but over all the book was good. The characters were relatable, the storyline was intriguing enough to keep you reading, the groups interactions were hilarious. Trigger warning, cancer, cancer, and more cancer. It seemed like in their town, that’s all the apparently went wrong. And if support healing from crystals, this may not be for you. The friendships were both strong and yet somehow weak all at the same time. I was confused as to how people could be so forgiving to one but then spiteful to another. The emotions were a bit all over the place. There were a few times that I questioned whether I should finish it or if I would cave and DNF. over all, I’m glad I stuck with it. The love story, love triangle, and friend group brought it back home for me. I guess like life, we have annoyances but the people we love and are meant to have around will always find a way back but I can’t say I’ll necessarily be jumping at the chance to read any possible sequels.

I really enjoyed this as a light beach read. Robin’s character is relatable as she’s questioning what she’s doing with her time as everyone around her reminds her she’s only getting older. The cast of (mostly elderly) villagers are entertaining as they follow their quests for adventure, trying burlesque dancing and massages, and serve as a reminder to seize the day and try new things. I appreciated the character growth as brothers Will and Ash mature in how they care about others and communicate with one another.

The conversations and characters kept me smiling throughout so I’d recommend picking this one up for a light summer read when it publishes on June 18!

Mary Jayne Baker is the master of Romantic Comedy with a twist, and this book is no exception. The dialogue is very funny, and extremely believable, making the characters both believable and endearing. This is the perfect summer read and I devoured it in 2 days.

There have been many stories of girls growing up with the boy next door and one day finding herself in love, but what happens when that boy dumps Robyn big time, and goes traveling, and then she has his identical brother next door as a reminder of what she has lost?

Add to that, a need for the village to help each other complete items on their bucket list, and The Never Have I Ever Club is born. Robyn is forced to see the identical face to her lost love more often than she was expecting, as they help everyone, especially Robyn's Great Aunt, to fulfil their wishes.

A funny, sweet book with a fabulous ending.

What a delightful, hilarious read! The book focuses on Robyn Bloom, who is recovering from a terrible heart break after her ex-boyfriend, Ash, suddenly dumps her. After a health scare, she picks up the pieces and begins to live her life to the fullest. That includes picking up an old childhood friendship with the local handsome doctor, Will Barnes. The only problem is, Will is Ash's twin brother. Things become very complicated as romantic feelings begin to develop and Ash returns to town to get Robyn back...

Robyn's character is so lovable--she is quirky, says what's on her mind and always sticks up for herself. Will is incredibly sweet, caring and a true support to both Robyn and Ash. Robyn and Will's relationship is so endearing and lovely!

I do think this book was too long. There was a lot of enjoyable quick humor that I think would be better suited for the book to be a little shorter. The 3 different narrators was also incredibly confusing at times.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this read and it had me hooked from page 1!

The Never Have I Ever club was a fast and charming read. The story follows Robyn, a 35-year-old woman who is still moving on from her breakup with Ash after he decided to move to Australia and begin a relationship with a younger woman. To make things even harder, his identical twin, Will, lives next door. Things get even more complicated when she realizes she has feelings for Will, and Will might feel the same way....

Although this story was predictable, it was heartwarming and sweet. The perfect read to pick up when you want a quick read. I loved the British humor throughout the story, and the banter between the characters.

This was a sweet, charming romance, focusing on Robyn Bloom; 35, single after her boyfriend Ash dumped her to go to Australia and find love with a woman ten years her junior, and feeling as though life has passed her by. With her close circle of friends and feisty yet sweet Aunty Fliss, Robyn is trying to find happiness in a small village in which everyone knows everyone else's business.

Also, living next door to Will - town doctor and Ash's idential twin - doesn't help matters.

When local events, as well as starting up a bucket-list club for people in the village, bring Robyn and Will closer together, things become difficult when Ash realises he's made a mistake - and decides to come home and win back Robyn...

I was drawn to this book by the concept and the lovely cover, and it really is a sweet read - the reason for my 3-star rating is that I felt the book was too long, and I ended up skim-reading some parts; it also felt like the club was just a secondary device to get the main characters together. There wasn't too much focus on it. Also, I found this book relied heavily on dialogue, which grew irritating, but to be honest that's possibly a personal preference.

Overall this is a light, cosy romance that's perfect to get lost in on a weekend.

At first I thought this romance was a little too cheesy and predictable, but I ended up enjoying it. It’s an amusing read with the sense of community that we’re all craving right now. The carpe diem inspired club the characters create actually sounds like a lot of fun! There weren’t any steamy scenes, but if you’re looking for an easy read with British humor this might be for you!

So, I liked this, but I didn't love it. I thought the characters were nice, their relationships were cute, and the freind/family dynamics were relatable. It was a nice read.

This book was the most perfect rom com, its about a girl named Robyn who heart was broken, her friends decide to create a new social group for the village where they all tick off new things to try. This is where Will comes in, not only her neighbour but also identical twin to her ex. Just as life seemed to be getting better Ash (the ex) turns up again desperate to win back Robyn's heart.. but is he too late?

I thought this book flowed really well and was a light easy read, there is humour, romance, heartbreak and a proposal on a pirate ship. I think the character development was lacking from some of the characters but as for the main three they all had a redemption arc which left you with a feel good vibe.

This book would be good for a fantastic holiday read whilst lounging somewhere and would recommend for anyone to read if you just want a bit of classical romance.

Overall I really enjoyed this book. I really felt like I knew the characters by the end of the book. One thing that annoyed me though was when Will referred to Robyn as "cow". It felt unnecessary, and strongly out of character.
Ash was the guy you love to hate, but in the end you can't help by like a bit. The secondary characters were all great, and I loved how varied they all were.
I really liked the idea of the Never Have I Ever club and feel inspired to do things from my own bucket list after reading this book.

The blurb seemed great but this book wasn't for me.
Although I liked the MC (it's impossible not to love Will), I was lost most of the time, there were some moments when I couldn't see the point of the book or what it want to tell me. The love triangle is very interesting but I think it could give us more, most of the time I felt very sad for poor Will and the ending didn't feel enough for me.
But maybe it's my Covid19 mood the reason of my lack of connection. You should give it a try, for it's well written and Will deserves a chance (even Ash deserve it!).

Como todos, tiene una premisa interesante (dos gemelos enamorados de la misma chica, amigos de toda la vida los tres y ella es la ex de uno de ellos) pero se pierde en su propia historia, había momentos en los que realmente no sabía adónde quería llevarme el libro (a hacerme la picha un lío, a ahí quería llevarme). Está bien que veas que los dos hermanos son estupendos y que es jodido elegir sin romper la relación entre ellos, pero la verdad es que no aporta gran cosa nada de lo que pasa, es todo como un poco tontainas y pueril. No está mal escrito porque no aporta nada y estoy segura de que en media hora se me habrá olvidado. Mñe.

This was my first book by this author, It was pretty enjoyable. I would give this book a 4 star rating! It was a pretty Quick and easy read!

Set in the UK, The Never Have I Ever Club features Robyn Bloom, a 35 year old woman who is still getting over her sudden breakup with Ash when he decided to move to Australia and begin a relationship with a woman 25 years her junior. Left in his wake, Robyn is struggling to move on as Ash is her next door neighbor, along with his identical twin brother Will. Robyn can't even see Will without being reminded of her heartbreak, even though they've been best friends and neighbors their whole lives. Robyn and her friends decide to create a village club encouraging it's members to learn new things and have those experience they've always put off. When Ash returns to win Robyn back, she is left flustered and angry but he isn't ready to give up. But is he the right twin for her?

I enjoyed this book, I liked the characters and Robyn's relationship with her friends and her aunt. The characters are quirky, relatable, and unique enough to give the dialogue and events an interesting quality. I just really didn't like either of the love interests? Both twins - Will and Ash - got on my nerves for different reasons. Ash is selfish and impetuous, only looking after himself. Will is the opposite, he doesn't even stop for a second to think of doing something that would benefit him. I imagine the author created this dichotomy for a reason, and trust me the effect worked, but there needed to be some 'in the middle' qualities for both of them. No one is *that* selfish or selfless.

This book does kind of include a love triangle trope, but it doesn't follow the norm. For most of the book, the characters don't know there is any triangle to speak of, so even if love triangles aren't your jam - don't let that keep you from reading this book if you're interested.

I actually enjoyed the subplots more than the main love story plot. I cheered for Freya and Eliot and Aunty Fliss. This book is also very clean, for those who don't enjoy smut in their romance novels.

Robyn gets dumped by her long-term boyfriend (Ash) who wants his freedom (and a younger woman) and it is even harder to get over this relationship because his identical twin, Will, lives next door. However, Will is the exact opposite of his brother and the two soon pull together over the Never Have I Ever Club (a form of bucket list). Then Ash comes back and wants her back and Will seems to back away. Will she get the ending she deserves?
This was a great summer read and I loved the cast of secondary characters and the NHIEC. It was a bit frustrating at times as the love triangle seemed to stagnate at times but it soon picked up and I was sad to get to the end.
