I love a friends-to-lovers book. If anyone has read the other books in the series, well Crazy Stupid Bromance, although funny at times especially with Beefcake, the cat, and the guys from the Bromance Book Club, especially the Russian, this book was more emotional that the other two books in the series for sure.

If anyone has read the other two, well for me, I was always intrigued about Noah and his hacker ways and of course Alexis's story. Noah's background and backstory was an eye opener for sure. Alexis's story and what ensues in the book was equally interesting and yet so emotional. I mean even Noah's story regarding how and the why he became a hacker was interesting.

I definitely think a lot readers will enjoy this installment.

This book is all the feels.

Alexis is the owner of a cafe. She has had hardships in her life, losing her mom to cancer, being assaulted by a man in charge and taking him down with the help of Liv (book 2), now she has survivors stopping by her cafe needing and wanting to talk. For the past week, she has had the same girl in her shop and finally, she thinks she is going to open up and this girl drops a bomb and says they are sisters. Not only sisters, but they share a dad and this dad needs a kidney transplant asap.

Noah and Alexis have been best friends for the past year. He helped Alexis takedown Royce and now his feelings have gotten more personal than just friends. Enter the Bromance Book Club, to help save the day to turn their relationship to more than friends, but Noah doesn't quite believe them it will work.

I think the thing that I appreciate most about this series is the willingly emotionally vulnerable men that are featured as heroes. The third installation of this series does not disappoint! And is a master class in consent. I can only hope that there will be more stories in this universe to come!

Yayy!!! My favorite bookish charming wolf pack is back! They are back in town with another funny, swoon, sweet, entertaining journey!
What we have in our menu:

Noah: A nerd, emotional, smart, caring, lovable hero we may easily empathize with.

Finally good hearted, sexual assault survivor sweet, likable heroine Alexis( my main problem about the first two books was my unbearable urge to punch the annoying heroines against their faces and punish them for acting like obnoxious brats and treating those lovely heroes unfairly ! I visualized throwing rotten eggs to second book’s irritating heroine Liv’s face who is unfortunately the best friend of Alexis)

A vengeful terrifying man-eater cat named Beefcake who is soul twin of the hissing cat at the Pet Sematary. Poor Noah and Russian have been punished by his vicious attacks.

Sweetest friends to lovers theme ( I think Noah and Alexis were adorable couple from the beginning and thankfully they didn’t disappoint me at the angst parts of the book.)

Lots of resentments, daddy issues.

So much enjoyable parts with boys who were choreographing a special dance for Mack and Liv’s wedding and having first massage experiments! ( when Russian wore three sizes smaller rob, wrapping up a towel around his head and telling them he’s smelling like flowers, I just dropped my iPad from my hands and laughed at least ten minutes till my stomach hurt! )

Did I tell you there were so many laugh out loud, enjoyable Russian moments at this book! And yes, at some parts he stole the show! He definitely earned his own book and after reading the dramatic ending about his part of the story, I feel like we’re so close to get it. (Colton and Gretchen are also new candidates of the next sequel but I’m crossing my fingers firmly to get the Russian sequel i have been waiting for so long🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻)

Overall: I loved how both Noah and Alexis handled their family issues and learned forgiveness. I adored both of the characters and their intense, loyal bounding. And it was lovely to spend more time with my all time favorite book boyfriends. I think I loved this book more than the previous ones so I’m giving 4.5 stars and rounding them up to 5! I had incredible time and I’m looking forward to read the fourth book of the series sooner.

So much thanks to NetGalley and Berkley Publishing for sharing this adorable ARC with me in exchange my honest review.

This is the third book in the series and I have to say that it is my favorite. It has a lot of heart. There is plenty of heart along with the romance.
We first meet Alexis & Noah in book 2. Noah is a reformed hacker and Alexis is a cafe owner. They have been friends for a few years, but they both have deeper feelings for each other. We watch them go from friends to lovers while overcoming their personal battles.

Thank you to Berkley Pub and NetGalley for a gifted copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

This one doesn't come out for a few months but I couldn't wait to read it. The Bromance Book Club was my favorite rom com of 2019 but I didn't love Undercover Bromance so I was worried I wouldn't like this one. Well, fear not, this one is AMAZING! Friends to Lovers is definitely one of my favorite tropes and Noah and Alexis may be one of my favorite book couples ever. Their relationship/friendship feels so genuine, I was rooting for them from the get-go. Also, the book club magic is alive and well in this one! I was missing the magic in Undercover Bromance since Mack was too busy being the lead but he's back to being the love expert and there are so many laugh out loud moments with the boys in this book . Lyssa Kay Adams is insanely clever and witty - besides laughing, there are so many parts where I was nodding my head and silently screaming YES! I don't want to spoil anything but I just love how she celebrates women and flips the stereotypes in gender roles when it comes to romance/relationships.

I couldn't put it down and binged it in 2 sittings. Can't wait to buy a copy once it's out!

Best of the series so far, IMO. Adams somehow weaves together plot threads including absent parents, organ donation, and sexual harassment and gives them all their due without letting the book become completely weighed down or depressing. Two charming leads and a good cast of supporting characters. A very good read for fans of friends-to-lovers modern romances.

Lyssa Kay Adams does it again!
We get reacquainted with Noah and Alexis from Undercover Bromance. Noah is your typical hipster with a dark and angry past but has tried to make up for it as an adult. Alexis faced Royce Preston and his sexual harassment and has helped fellow survivors through her café. Noah and Alexis have been inseparable since first meeting, but that is expected when you become best friends. Don’t they say the best relationships come from friendship?? Crazy, Stupid, Bromance is a rollercoaster of emotions that will leave you laughing out loud (when was that last I did that when reading), crying, and cheering for the relationship. If you’re a fan of the Bromance Bookclub novels, you will not be disappointed.

How good is the third book in Lyssa Kay Adams' Bromance Book Club series? Well, I stayed up until 2:30am reading it last night despite the fact that I have to write three different articles for work today and I DON'T EVEN CARE. I'D DO IT AGAIN. WHEN I STAN, I STAN HARD.

Admittedly I was a tad nervous going into this book because we knew only cursory things about both Alexis and Noah from the previous novels, which can be both a blessing and a curse. On top of that, friends-to-lovers stories can be very hit or miss for me; often I don't believe the couple's chemistry, or an author dives into the romance too quickly and the friendship doesn't seem realistic enough.

Luckily, if I could describe one word for Crazy Stupid Bromance, it would be grounded. Adams knew her all of her characters so well that they seemed natural from the get-go. The book had the perfect amount of serious topics in the plot while still unpacking every character's background. She showed the best of the friends-to-lovers trope and why so many people adore it. And as always, the feminist commentary from the Bromance Book Clubs dudes was ON POINT.

To be honest, while I really enjoyed Undercover Bromance, I loved this one even more. And for all the folks who want authors to bring the steam...whew, you're in for some hot shit.

Thanks to Berkley and NetGalley for making a gal's dreams come true with this ARC.

A sweet friends-to-lovers story, set in the sunny California world of Adams's Bromance Book Club series. Alexis and Noah have been friends for almost two years. They spend their free time together, they text constantly, they have inside jokes--but they're just friends. Except, of course, each has been pining for the other, but they're both afraid to let a potential romance get in the way of a solid friendship. Enter the Bromance Book Club, a group of men who read romance novels as a way to improve the relationships in their life. The guys convince Noah to read a book of their choosing, as a way to help him figure out where he stands with Alexis, and what he wants.

This was an entertaining read, with pretty low stakes and a high quirk factor. As with previous books in this series, I find it a little jarring when the men espouse feminist ideology in a way that feels like the author sermonizing. But it's only a small part of the story. I look forward to the next book (I think it's the Russian's turn!).

Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for the ARC to review.

I am so in love with this book!! With each new Bromance Book Club installment, I fall more in love with the beautiful characters and world that Adams has crafted. This was a tender, emotional, funny, and hopeful friends-to-lovers romance and a delight from start to finish. I loved Noah and Alexis and the personal journeys each went on alongside their love story. Ugh, I already want to read it again, it was so perfect. Can’t wait for more in this amazing series!

Lexa and Noah’s book took me on an emotional rollercoaster of awesomeness. Serious issues were dealt with thoughtfully. Personal issues had me rooting for both of them, and the guys of the book club were amazing as always! Just loved it!
