A work team bonding trip has a two opposites working in tight spaces, tingles happen, denial steps up, an undeniable attraction, and yet they fight it. She is super organized, a bit of a control nut, focused with her life plan set. He’s a recovered executive who’s determined to live free from schedules, complications and demands. They each cringe at the other’s way and yet…fun time watching the relationship stumble and grow. The is a HEA, the way to it is filled with fun and romance.

This is a great summer beach read! An uptight workaholic has no time in her schedule to fall in love with a carefree captain yet she can’t seem to stay away. Will a voyage with her coworkers, one being an ex, extinguish the spark they have? Will she be able to relax enough to let someone else in? This book is full of fun adventures on land and at sea, great characters and descriptive locations!

Sweet without being schmaltzy, this was breath of fresh air in the middle of a crazy week. Madsen delivers a story with all of the charm you expect from Hallmark but doesn’t skimp on substance. This book also had me googling the best nearby boat chartering options.

Quick & cute summer read. I loved Josh & Danae and I loved the concept of having Danae need to pull her team together to keep her promotion. Definitely recommend!

Josh gave up a lucrative career in finance after his divorce. He grew tired of the “money is all” attitude and determined that he would spend the rest of his life operating a charter boat on the ocean.

Danae has just received the promotion that she has dreamed about, but with the caveat that she must become more flexible and turn her group of co-workers into a cohesive team. In order to help her accomplish this, her boss has chartered a trip for them.

Will free spirited Josh and uptight Danae give into thieir attraction and if they do wil they be willing to compromise in order to find their HEA?

Danae is in her mid thirties just got a marketing promotion at the boat making company she works for and has scheduled a bonding trip with her colleagues. Josh lives on his sailboat, loves answering to no one and is now dealing with Danae multiple emails about the trip......he eventually just ignores her and the sparks fly when they set sail. This bonding experience becomes a whole lot more for Danae and Josh. This is an enjoyable summer read! Totally recommend.

Sailing at Sunset by Cindi Madsen is a great, light, summery romance. The premise: two single people that seem outwardly to be polar opposites find themselves in a situation where sparks fly and love and companionship develop.

Danae and Josh are great characters with interesting backstories and I enjoyed reading the unique situation that brought them together. Of course they are able to hurdle the oobstacles that are tossed their way, and find their own happy endings for each other and also together.

I always enjoy a seasonal romance, and this book does not disappoint. One can be transported to summer no matter what time of year it is read.

I am such a Hallmark junkie LOL so hmm I loved it. So this book tells the story of Danae a super-duper organized somewhat uptight recently promoted Marketing boss babe who is sort of forced into going on a team cruise to promote teamwork and all with the heartbroken but quite a swoon-worthy Josh as captain *sigh* who is done with love *smile.I already miss summer but you can tot do it all over again with this book
