This is the second book in this series. I enjoyed both books in this series. This series contains romance, mystery, paranormal and a family curse. Will start the third book next

Book two in the McKenna Curse series by Patricia Rosemoor definitely keeps up the fun antics that abounded in book one. Freeing Grace is the story of Grace Broussard a talented, if reluctant soothsayer, who finds herself the victim of blackmail and intimidation. Seeking assistance from PI Declan McKenna, the last thing Grace expects is the undeniable attraction that instantly flames to life. But Declan has secrets and a power that can be as much a curse as a gift and finding a way to circumvent its effect on his future is proving almost impossible. I liked the dynamic between the main characters, and the storyline was easy to follow and flowed nicely. I look forward to the next in this series.

The second book in the series is full of action, suspense, and steamy romance. Grace is a strong female character who has to come to terms with herself. Declan must overcome his fear of a family curse in order to protect Grace and build the relationship between them
This one is fast paced with an ending I didn't see coming.

This is the second book in the series and sees Grace trying to keep control of her psychic powers but when she comes across P.I Declan McKenna her whole world trembles. Can she control her powers to help him?

Nice quick read, with a paranormal aspect.
Part of the Mckeena curse series.
Grace is a psychic who has ignored her powers. Declan is man who believes his family is cursed.
Grace is a model, Declan is a P. I. They are an engaging couple. Finding the stalker keeps you guessing.

Book 2 of a series. First I’ve read. Overall, a good story. Like this author. Not a fan of creepy stalkers, but otherwise liked the characters. Would recommend this book.

Another fun read in the McKenna curse series and I believe this was released years ago as Saving Grace the story flows well though few times I wanted to smash Grace and Declan's heads together and tell them to wise up

Grace Broussard is a soothsayer she can see into the future but that isn't her current problem someone is using photos from her modelling to black mail her and she goes to PI Declan McKenna for help He is instantly attracted to her but has his own secrets after all he can read the minds of people he is ion contact with Who is after Grace and will the passion between these two ignite you will have to read to see even though Declan the family curse will affect anyone he marries

So I decided to try out this book since I basically got it free and I wanted a break from my usual books.

Basically, the premise is that Grace, our heroine, has a stalker and solicits the help of Declan, our hero, who happens to be a private investigator. Now Grace is also the owner of a design outfit, VOODOO and this kind of tells you what the book is about. For the sake of this review, I'm going to say Grace is a witch (there's talk of visions) but I'm not too sure because I did not finish reading the book.

I can handle almost anything in a book but some of my hard nos are misogyny, racism, transphobia, homophobia, fatphobia and lastly slutshaming and unfortunately, this book is full of slutshaming.

Early in the book, Grace is blackmailed with fake racy pictures of her and then proceeds to talk about how that could never be her. I long for a world where women can no longer be shamed by nudes but until then, I prefer not to read about women who model for lingeries then turn around and slutshame who take nude pictures.

The thing is the book is a pretty good read, there's instant attraction between the hero and heroine, a heroine who models lingerie and magic(probably) so if a little slutshaming does not throw you off, go ahead and pick it up.
