The premise was interesting, the execution was decent considering the abundance of generic plot devices in there, pacing was definitely a big issue coz it took me quite long to complete a book of this length.

It couldn't keep my interest sustained for long periods of time and I kept putting it down now and then in favour of others.

It's a 2.5 stars downgraded to 2 for me.

This was a good book, which I enjoyed reading. The plot was good, but in the end it did not stick with me.

The Aria of Galvanize is a dystopian sci-fi story, that begins with a superhuman awakening in a lab, 200 years after the end of the world as we know it, with her memories erased. With the help of an AI program she goes on a quest to discover what happened to her in a world that reminded me a lot of the Walking Dead. She meets different people: friends, allies, as well as enemies, and overall the story is quite interesting.
While I did enjoy reading this book, I felt that the author left some very important answers unanswered, that made me enjoy the book less. I didn't realize the book is supposed to have a sequel until I was done reading, but even if I had that knowledge, it would still have bothered me that certain questions were not answered in this first volume. If you are willing to overcome that, as well as the fact that Seven, the story's main character acts really irrationally at times (I could tell that a certain character was bad news immediately, but Seven couldn't tell until it was too late), you will probably enjoy the world-building.

The Aria of Galvanize is a refreshing dystopian with a lot of intrigue and action. If you are looking for a book with a strong female lead with great character development this book is for you. We follow Incarnate 7, a woman with cybernetic enhancements that wakes up in a facility with no recollection of her past or identity. The world she wakes up in is filled with mysteries, past political intrigue, great characters, and insane technology. As we get submerged into this world we realize how big and complex it is, with a past war that left behind ruin and hopelessness in the world that is, until I-7 wakes up. The topics in this book as so many and trying to make a small review with everything that the book encapsulates is practically impossible.

Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for the digital copy of the book for honest review.
The plot was set set in a post apocalyptic premises. Incarnate-7, a cybernetically enhanced young woman joined with an AI to survive the situation. Their journey to survival was filled with action, mystery and thrills.
I enjoyed the unique bond between I-7 and Keeper. I liked the character Kcat. The map included was cool. It was an interesting read.

This was an absolute delight to read! It's been a while since I've read a short science fiction novel that had me hooked from start to finish.

The setting is beautifully explored with just the right amount of haunting and cruel undertones. I also really liked the protagonist and felt her responses in the different situations she faces were very realistic.

I really hope there would be a second book in this series.

I loved the ethereal vibe to this book, and the gritty world building. There are plenty of twists and turns, and I found myself hanging on for such a thrilling and visceral ride.

This was absolutely wow, holy crap, fantastic, OMFG heck of read. It starts all creepy and with a bang and the pace doesn't let up even at the end. It is listed as Sci-Fi/Fantasy but I think it's safe to say it was a heck of a thriller too. Incarnate 7 (Seven) wakes up not knowing where and what she is as well as how she got there and why. People around her Incarnate 1-13 have all died horrific deaths and she is looking for answers with how to survive with the only communication being from a strange artificial intelligence that wants to be free to save them. Can she find the answers she needs to save herself and also save the world around her?

I love the time frame in this book because it is set far into the future in a dystopian world that has evil creatures and cruel humans left. Are there more Incarnates like herself? This book doesn't let up from start to finish and hope the author writes a book two; I would definitely read it. Highly recommended.

When the book is published, I want to buy a copy so I can keep re-reading it. It was that good.

This book is science fiction. It's about a genetically enhanced woman named Seven. She wakes up only to have no memories, and to find the world in a genocide dystopian. I absolutely loved this book! It was just so interesting and unique. If there was a second book to this standalone, I would be the first to buy it!!
