I read some chapters fully and skimmed others. (I am more of fiction reader, but loved the premise of this book so wanted to get it anyways.) I appreciated this author's advice greatly and am trying to do the advice she offers for a better life!

This book is a fairly good distillation of mindfulness, self-care, and positive-habit-forming techniques, framed around the old "which wolf will you feed" story. It is very short, which may or may not be an advantage, depending on the reader. The digital PDF I received was 39 pages, of which 10 were front matter. A reason for that is because it appears to have been made as a Microsoft Word document, with smallish font and quite a few headings per page. It could be used for a seminar or workshop where participants need to move through points quickly.
