It’s a bit odd saying good bye to the Sinclair’s and doing it with the little brother who has not been around most of the time while he was off at school. Owen has been in a different world a little stick by the one he left behind and not fully ready to embrace the one he comes back to. But when he sees Layla after all those years the old feelings he had for her never went way in fact now they are 10 years stronger.
Layla thinks Owen did her wrong and though it hurt she shut him out 10 years ago and is not so sure she wants to go back. But one look and some insurance by Owen to understand all Layla’s hate brings forward a huge misunderstanding and leaves room for the two old friends to start again.
Layla has some demons in her past that she needs to over come and Owen needs to figure out how to hold on to the only woman that has ever had his heart.
This is a true love story a couple misunderstandings but two determined soles that won’t let go and are holding on to forever.

4 beautiful stars!

Ms. Scott has created another touching story full of heart and emotion with genuine characters.

I voluntarily read an advanced copy.

Loved it! The whole reason Layla wasn't speaking to Owen was lame but given what we later find out about her I understand her passive-aggressive behavior. Owen is truly a Sinclair through and through. He is incredibly smart, with a computer-like brain, gorgeous, funny, and quirky. Loves his family and is a good man. He made sure Layla was his and he wasn't giving up. I also loved the glimpse into Jaxston Montgomery. I can't wait to read his story in the Billionaire Obsession series. He seems really intriguing.

I know it’s the end of the Sinclair a. Am I sad? Yep in a huge way, but am I excited about her next books? Absolutely. Owen was just a character all in his own. The youngest of the “other” Sinclair a, the brainy one and the one who seemed to need to do more. I loved how he took control of his other best friend, Andie when she was ill. But this is about his other best friend, Layla. It was heartbreaking to hear about her childhood but I was thankful that J S Scott brought up the subject of depression. How it affects people, the end that some people think is the best way out. It was done with passion and knowledge and so sensitively with making a mockery of it. Owen and Layla were always meant to be together but I guess like most they just needed their hiccups in life to bring them to the point where they could officially be together. I loved the whole story. I am so looking forward to reading about the Montgomery’s.

I’m Endeared❣️

Owen is the next Sinclair to find himself in the hot seat😁 Owen has just returned to Citrus Beach and has bought his own practice to run. He discovers the one person he left behind ten years ago is working for him...but their “relationship” is tenuous and Owen can’t make heads or tails as to why him and Layla only have a professional relationship and why they are no longer friends🤷‍♀️

Suffice to say, Layla has a few secrets about her past that Owen isn’t aware of....but one of them - she blames him for and the direction her life eventually took😢 This story was great in the sense that friends, turned strangers basically became friends again and eventually something more😍 I loved how Owen, even though he came across as really sweet and dependable in previous stories, he really steps it up in this one to show a different side of himself🤩

I loved this story and recommend anything that J.S. Scott has written as all her stories are pure gold....or in this case....blue diamonds💎😜 I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and want to thank the publisher and author for my copy and I willingly leave my honest review❤️

When she was a teenager Layla had a very difficult life that she never shared with anyone and that included her best friend Owen. Even though her feelings for him were deeper than friendship she never told him and allowed a misunderstanding to separate them for a decade. Not only is Owen back in town but he is also her boss so when she realizes her mistake and he asks a favor of her she can’t say no.

After Owen found out he was a billionaire instead of working as a doctor in a rural location to payoff his student loans he was able to purchase a clinic back in his hometown. Now that they have cleared up the misunderstanding he is determined to show her that they are meant to be together and has devised the perfect plan to ensure she spends time with him but when they become close he realizes that there is so much more to her than he ever knew.

Their connection between them goes far beyond the physical as Layla shows that she is stronger than even she realizes, and Owen is the champion she needs in her life. Not only are Owen and Layla captivating characters but catching up with all the characters we know, and love is always fun.

I have really, really enjoyed every book in this series! The Sinclairs family has provided such a rich series, and each book is so unique and so enjoyable, and through it all, they're a family adjusting to what life has thrown at them.

J.S. Scott always delivers billionaires with heart, with personality, and with caring. She doesn't give us glitzy, showy billionaires that are all about the fast life, big money and frivolous spending. She gives us billionaires that want to have purpose, drive and satisfaction.

Layla and Owen were best friends in high school, before Owen became the man that he is now, and they were torn apart. Now, they're forced together again, and they're trying to readjust to being in each other's orbit. Layla wants none of it at first, but the more time they spend together, the more they rediscover each other, the more they are drawn back together. They renewed their friendship first, and that was such a necessary foundation for a lasting love.

Owen is so much more than the typical hot doctor. He's goofy, nerdy, protective, sweet and empathetic and compassionate. Layla is so strong, and she's been through a lot that could have broken her, but she didn't let it ruin her heart and soul.

A really satisfying read, and I'm sad to see the Accidental Billionaire's Series come to a close.

Wow, J.S. Scott never ceases to amaze me with her talent to tell a story and make you feel all the emotions. Layla and Owen are the main characters of this story, both of whom we’ve met in other Accidental Billionaire books. Owen is a newly graduated physician, returning to his hometown to run the physician practice in town. As part of this practice, he inherits the one staff member, Layla, who has made her displeasure with Owen being home known. Owen and Layla have a history, and right before Owen left for college, Layla felt she was betrayed, unbeknownst to Owen. What happens next between Layla and Owen is full of angst, heartache, compassion, and love. J.S. Scott has an incredible ability to allow the reader to feel the emotions that are being felt as if you’re part of the story yourself. Love this series, and love the author!!

Endeared is the last of the Accidental Billionaires, the branch of the Sinclair family that instantly became billionaires after a lifetime of struggling financially. It is also the end of the Billionaires Series. I'm sad to see these books I've enjoyed so much come to a close but I have every faith in Jan Scott's ability to find us another alpha hero and strong heroine to love! 💖

Owen is the youngest Sinclair and he returns to California with his medical degree and buys a practice from the town doctor who is ready to retire. His high school friend, Layla, works there as a nurse practitioner. She is cold and distant with Owen, while keeping their working relationship intact. Owen has no idea why he and Layla lost years of friendship when he moved out of state for medical school.

Over time they finally talk out their problems, restart their friendship, which moves on to lovers. Can Owen convince Layla that he has loved her just as long as she has loved him? They have so much more than the limited time she thinks and Owen is determined to win Layla's heart as only a Sinclair man can!

I have loved all of the Sinclair family from the East coast to the West but there was something about Owen made him my absolute favorite of all the Sinclair family.

Owen was so devoted to becoming a doctor that when he finished school he realized that he had missed out on being a normal teenager, young adult and most heartbreaking he had missed out on being there for biggest moments of his siblings’ lives but he was back in Citrus Beach and determined to make up for all the things he missed out on and the very top of that list was winning the heart of his best friend from high school, Layla.

Layla was feisty at times but it was her incredibly kind heart that shined the most in her character. She didn’t have an easy life but you would never be able to tell because she was all things kind, caring and loving to all living beings.

Layla and Owen’s chemistry was evident in the prologue and became more intense with every page thereafter. They started as a bit of enemies to lovers then as they settled parts of their past it became a slow burn, swoon worthy friends to lovers as they rekindled their friendship and opened up to each other in ways they never had before and the chemistry became explosive.

I adored Layla and Owen this was the perfect mix of witty banter, feels, steam and loving siblings that you know will always and without question (well, at least, not many questions) have your back or throw a punch when you can’t.

I can’t wait to see what J.S. Scott brings us next I love getting all her new characters in all new settings and never knowing when a character from a previous book will pay a visit.

I voluntarily received a copy of this book with thanks to NetGalley and Montlake, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Owen and Layla were childhood friends with a secret crush on each other; until a misunderstanding tore their friendship apart. He never knew why she stopped being his friend, and she thought he had betrayed her. Now they’re working together it’s only a matter of time before Layla finally finds out the truth. Renewing their friendship is easy, admitting their intense attraction for each other is harder. With Owen determined to get his girl, he will have to prove to Layla that she can trust him not only with her secrets, but also her heart.
What’s not to love about Owen – he’s smart, kind, caring and very loyal. Not only has he got his family for support, their advice on love is very funny. This story packs quite a punch. It’s about forgiveness, second chances, courage and trust. Not only is it a passionate, heart warming story, at times it does tug at your heart strings.

I really enjoyed reading about Layla and Owen. Friends long ago that turned to enemies and Owen can’t wrap his head around why this has happened. They were great friends in school, shared everything together until they didn’t. Now that Owen is back and practicing in Citrus Beach and working side by side with Layla, can he convince her to see beyond her anger towards him and see the real him? With love and relationships there are always obstacles to overcome and Owen will have to work extremely hard to get Layla to move forward with their new friendship and not give Jaxson the time of day. Amazing read, this author is one of my favorites and a definite go to when I need something to read. I received a copy of this book.

I absolutely adored this couple and this book! I am so sad that this will be the end of the Sinclair books but this was a good story to end with. Owen and Layla have such a great chemistry. This book really took me by surprise with some details regarding the characters. Looking forward to Scott’s next book!

This was the perfect wrap up to the Accidental Billionaires Series. A story of losing and finding oneself again, of pushing to better oneself, and to chase your dreams only to find true love and acceptance in the end. Ms. Scott brings you all the feels while completing the Sinclair saga on the high of having one thoroughly obsessed possessive billionaire win the woman he loves.

Once I started reading, I was hooked and couldn't put it down. I had to know all the secrets. I really enjoyed this book. The author does a great job describing the looks and attitude of the main character, Owen and Layla.  She also bring in characters from the previous books and tells a little about how they have grown and changed. This book allows the reader to feel the love and emotions in the story. The story starts out with conflict and  mixed emotions that are quickly resolved and processed into love and romance.  Both the main characters have personal issues and doubts but take a chance on one another. The twist in the plot wasn't who I thought it was, which I enjoyed because I hate when I figure it out in the beginning. At the end of the book the author ties up some loose ends since this is the final novel in this series. I loved hearing how the siblings were doing and  how it ended. No spoilers but this book will keep your attention from beginning to end with love, compassion,  conflicts turning into confidence.

Endeared. <sigh>. I simply loved reading Layla and Owen's rather eventful journey. From a sweet beginning to a major misunderstanding to a life-changing decade apart, can true love rise above past hurts and heal wounded hearts? Well, if the steamy, chemical reaction that sizzles between the two is any indication, I think that the odds are favored on the side of love. Ms. Scott has a fantastic, engaging way with words. Reading this book, really any of her books, is truly a pure caloric-free treat that should be savored. Do not hesitate. One-click and binge away!

Another big hit from J.S. Scott. Everytime I read a book from her, I know it will be a hit. Loved this book. Her writing lets you fall in love with the people, or couple she is telling her story about. Makes you believe there is that kind of love out there in real life. Would recommend. Owen and Layla are a perfect match. She keeps me sane even though everytime she looks at him, drives him crazy. This book even shows you that the nerd in high school, can turn out to be the hunk all grown up. Also shows how someone who is in love would do anything for that person.

This was my first book by J.S. Scott and I totally loved it!! The characters were people I would love to meet and the story line was really well written. Owen and Layla were close friends in high school. Owen went away for medical school, while Layla stayed in their hometown. This is the story of how they grew apart, and finally become close again 10 years later. They both have careers in the medical field and have had major life changes since high school. I really enjoyed their journey and apparently this is an ongoing series, so I need to read the other books to catch up!
