This is book three in the Bluebell Inn series, and I must say that I will miss this fictional place as well as the fictional people. Having the trilogy end with the season of autumn leaves the reader with a cozy feeling.

Grace Bennett may be the baby of the family, but she is more grown up than her siblings give her credit for. Yet it takes awhile for Wyatt to see that she is able to handle some of the tragedy that he has seen during his lifetime as well as during his career as a secret service agent. But soon he learns that she has a secret of her own - an incident that has continued to scar her. This book is about going back to face darker moments to find healing. What I appreciated is that only did the characters seek God, they also sought help. Sometimes we do need human beings to counsel us into seeing ourselves and God more clearly.

The relationship between Grace and Wyatt was enjoyable to watch. Because Grace is an outfitter, her explorations of the Blue Ridge area are a treat for the reader. Both of their points of view of life are provided for the reader, and I enjoyed that.

What else I enjoyed about this book is the fact that older sister, Molly and her husband, Adam, whom the readers meet in book 1 (Lake Season) are also a key part of this book. Levi and Mia from book two, Carolina Breeze, really only play a minor role. But since they were all a part of the trilogy, having them be a part of the ending book was fitting.

There are a few things that could be triggers for certain readers that are addressed in various ways in the book: kidnapping, murder, assault. potential PTSD. But let me reassure you: this is only a minor part of the storyline. This is not a suspense book. And some of the things I thought might happen did not. Overall this is a sweet story. I do recommend this book and the whole series. Definitely start with book one, then two, then three. While enough background is provided to make this a stand-alone title, this book will be enjoyed more as a part of the whole.

A big thank you to Thomas Nelson and to NetGalley for letting me preview read this book. (Actually they let me preview read all three books in this series - that was fantastic!) I do enjoy Denise Hunter's books, and all opinions are my own.

I love the Bluebell Inn series! The only thing disappointing is, this is the last book in the trilogy. I can't decide which of the three books is my favorite because they are each equally great. The author's creativity makes the individual stories of the Bennett siblings unique and interesting. Grace and Wyatt's faith and strength get them through the horrendous tragedies of their past and form a bond that will propel them into a brighter future. I highly recommend this book and series.

This is part of a series, but it can be read as a standalone. However, reading them in order helps the reader appreciate the characters a bit more.

Hunter has a way of pulling the reader into the story, and this book is no exception. This is a satisfying conclusion to the Bluebell Inn Romance series. The characters are realistic and easy to root for. The subplot of survivor's guilt will likely resonate with some readers.

If you're a fan of contemporary romances, you'll want to add this series to your list.

I loved this book!
I enjoyed all three books in this series, but I think this last one is my favorite. It could be because these three siblings have become like friends to me and I enjoyed seeing what was going on in their lives, see if their dreams would all come to pass.
Or, it could be that I knew what Grace and Wyatt were struggling with and I wanted so badly to see how Denise Hunter would have them healed from their hurtful pasts.
I laughed out loud in a couple of spots and felt tears welling up in my eyes several times. It was an emotional read, but it warmed my heart.
I loved how everything turned out. If you haven't read any of Denise Hunter's books this is the perfect series to start with. I'm sure you will end up being a fan and want to check out all of her other books. This series is called, A Bluebell Inn Romance. It is about three siblings whose parents have past away. The Bennets decide to make their parent's dream of turning their home into an inn a reality.. Book 1 in the series is Lake Season it is Molly's story, Book 2 is Carolina Breeze and it is Levi's story and this final book Autumn Skies is the youngest, Grace's story.
I think this book could be read as a stand alone and the reader wouldn't feel as if they had missed anything, but I would encourage you to start with the first book and read them in order because they are all excellent.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions are entirely my own.

My first in the series, will read the preceding two, and this book was magical. Romance and great characters combine to make the perfect novel to lose yourself in on a summer's day. My only regret is waiting so long to read it from my list!

This book was freeing in every aspect. The seeking of answers, release of guilt and finding herself.

You were thrown into vortex of emotions, of letting go.

This story wasn't just about the beauty, the roots of the Bluebell Inn and falling in love. It‘s about so much more! So many things happen and in the end there are 3 happy couples and their happily ever after. What more could man want?

The plot took you in so many directions not just the mountains but also to places where your heart was breaking but also put back together.

Wyatt and Grace were like made for one another. You could feel the understanding of the other one, kind of speaking without words.

What happens when they finally find what are they looking for? Do they go back to their old lives or....
Get this book peeps! I highly recommend it.

I always love Denise Hunter's books, and "Autumn Skies" is no exception. I've followed Grace's siblings Levi and Molly in the previous two books, and was very excited for her to get her own book!

Ongoing plot points from the two previous books in the series find their conclusion here. Windows are cracked to new storylines should Hunter return to Bluebell in future. And Grace got the story I hoped for her! So, what more could I ask?

Bluebell reminded me a great deal of Aspen, and I sure do wish it were a real town; I'd happily pay a visit. (Plus, I'm sure it features a good bookstore that warrants investigation, right?) The inn continued to come to life in "Autumn Skies," and I'm a little sad to say goodbye! But, all good things must come to an end, and Hunter did a great job at not drawing it out or leaving the reader hanging. (I also don't feel the need to do any overnight hiking in the imminent future. Not that I ever did, I suppose. Ha!) I appreciated the arcs each character went through, and felt the paths they ended up choosing for themselves fit them each well. A solid story.

I received a copy of the book from the publisher via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

Autumn Skies is the final book in The Blue Bell Inn Series by Denise Hunter. It was sad to see the series end but a good ending. I do rec0mend reading the first two to make this story more enjoyable but it can be read as a stand alone. Nice clean romance with a very interesting storyline, a few twists. I enjoy Denise's writing style and I think you will too.
I received a ARC from NetGalley and the publishers and am voluntarily reading and reviewing it. All opinions are my own.

From start to finish, this final book in the Bluebell Inn series didn’t disappoint. Much like the whole series, Autumn Skies was excellent from the first page to the last. From character development to plot twists and emotional depth, Denise Hunter’s writing style and strength of storytelling keeps me engaged and enjoying her novels. I always want to know more about her characters! I’m sad to see this series end, but what a great ending it was!
I received a complimentary copy of this book, but the opinions expressed in this are view are my own.

4.25/5⭐️

This was the final in a sweet trilogy centering around 3 siblings who own a b&b in NC and how they each find their own HEA. This one and the first were my faves, but they’re all good.

Grace, the youngest, meets Wyatt (a Secret Service agent) when he takes some R&R to seek closure from a traumatic childhood event. Grace also suffers survivor’s guilt from a childhood incident. They connect almost immediately and are so endearing to watch as they come to know each other, eventually share their stories and help the other heal.

If you’re looking for a feel good “clean” romance series with a bit of spiritual overtones, this is a good one.

Thanks to #NetGalley and #ThomasNelson for providing me the ARC. The opinions are strictly my own.

The third book in the Bluebell Inn Romance series. I did not read the first two books and assumed there were back stories told, but I did not feel this book could not stand on its own. I was just find jumping in at the end (although I might have to go back and read the first two!)

Grace and her brother and sister run the Bluebell Inn together. They have a successful business that they are hoping to sell and move on to their next adventures.

Wyatt has taken a month leave from his Secret Service job to help heal mental wounds that were brought to the surface after being shot in the line of duty.

When Wyatt stumbles upon this Inn that was an important part of his own past, he and Grace work together to heal wounds that have been hidden for years.

This was a super cute book. Like I said, I think I'll go back and read the first two, I enjoyed it so much. A clean, redemptive read.

Thank you NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Autumn Skies brings to a conclusion the Bluebell Inn Romance series by Denise Hunter, and what a pleasurable conclusion it was. I’ve enjoyed the characters in this series so much, and it was such fun to have them continue in this story. Grace Bennett and Wyatt Jennings are both so endearing, lovable, and realistic that I connected with them quickly and completely. They each had past traumas to overcome and heal from, and the journey wasn’t easy, but I admired their perseverance and grit.

This can be read as a stand alone book, but it’s much more enjoyable to read the series in order, so you can get the back stories of the other characters. Hunter is a master at creating colorful, interesting characters and fascinating stories. She is one of my favorite authors.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

As with each of her books, I was drawn in quickly. Gorgeous cover art, relatable key characters, and gorgeous setting. I love the effortless flow of Ms. Hunter's writing. The dialogue is believable, the characters are authentic, and the stories touch my heart. This is the third book in the series and possibly my favorite. Of course it's difficult to pick, as each one I read competes closely with the last. You can't go wrong with a Denise Hunter book.
I received a complimentary copy of this book.

Denise Hunter has a way of penning a story that makes you want to be involved with the characters. She writes beautiful love stories but her characters are flawed humans, as we all are. But we must learn to over come our flaws and live with them.. I love recommending them to readers just because they are so well done.

Autumn Skies is the final book in the Bluebell Inn series. I have read this book and the second book, but missed the first. I really enjoyed "Autumn Skies" and liked it even better than the second one, "Carolina Breeze." This book follows Grace's story, who is the youngest of the 3 siblings in this series. She struggles with her brother being overprotective and her sister being nosy and involved in her life as she tries establish herself as a capable woman. When a handsome guest (Wyatt) arrives at the Bluebell Inn, sparks fly (of course). Grace and Wyatt's lives are surprisingly interconnected and both begin some much needed healing together. This is a story of family, healing, grief, friendship, love, and the outdoors. I was hooked on this book right away and finished it quickly. I'd definitely recommend Autumn Skies for a light and enjoyable read!

This is a well written book that hooks you on the first page. It is full of emotions and you can feel every one of them. Grace and Wyatt's story is a perfect example of God's healing power. I could say so much more about this book, but I don't want to let a spoiler slip out. This is a book you don't want to miss! Thank you Thomas Nelson--FICTION via NetGalley for the ARC copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.

This was such a beautiful story and I was sad to see it end. I loved these characters and the way they helped each other improve.
I was drawn into this story from the beginning and was happy to get lost in it for a while. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love the Bennett family. I am sad that the series is ending.

This is the book 3 of the Bluebell Inn series. Am absolute, swooning, sigh worthy, lip-biting book. I've followed the Bennett family from book 1 and I am sad their stories have to end. This is a perfect conclusion to the series.

This book was one of the most beautiful illustrations of God's care and healing. I had tears in my eyes while reading some parts of the story. I enjoyed every bit of it.

I fell in love with Wyatt!! He was absolute darling. I loved the mystery about him. My heart broke for Wyatt and all he went though. But it was remarkable how he made a life for himself through it all. Then to meet with Grace when he was reeling and she trying to make her way in the world was beautiful. Young and passionate bes describes Grace Bennett. I loved how she took on life; calm, purposeful, and with so much drive and success.

I enjoyed getting snipets of Levi, Mia, Molly and Adam's story.

This book will warm your heart to your toes. The story, the characters... pure thrill. It is a stand alone book and doesn't necessarily have to be read in order.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley and this is my honest opinion.

Review:
I devoured this book! I really loved Wyatt's quiet, capable demeanor and Grace's calm and humble attitude. I could read about this couple all day long. I enjoyed how they both loved the outdoors and were competitive without being rude or obnoxious. Autumn Skies lifted my spirits with it's excellent representation of a healthy and beautiful love story. I did not read the first two books in the series, and although the stories of those books are clearly given away in Autumn Skies, I still enjoyed reading it as a standalone. I cannot wait to read more from Denise Hunter!! I have 👀 on her Christmas books 🎄💏☃️

I wish to thank NetGalley and Thomas Nelson Publishers for allowing me to read an advanced copy of this book. I have voluntarily read and reviewed it. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

What a great writer Denise Hunter is! I am a new fan and will continue to be one. I highly recommend this lovely romance novel to anyone who appreciates a sweet story in a lovely setting with outstanding characters. Just wish I could rate it higher.

Grace’s family runs Bluebell, a historic North Carolina inn. One which anyone would love to discover and visit regularly. Her brother and sister help run the establishment after the death of her parents. One day a very mysterious man, Wyatt, checks into the Inn and into her heart. I love the flow of the book and the sweetness of the relationship as it evolves. This is a stand-alone story but one that really makes you yearn to go back and read her other two stories in this series. Wyatt and Grace have their own demons and a past with which they must come to terms before they can move forward. I love the gentleness of the story and the fact that faith is a part of it all. Thank you Denise for writing such a special story. What’s next?
