Cheryl's own health needs became the basis for her book which is well researched and written. It is an holistic comprehensive guide for those seeking physical and emotional well being. She encourages readers to do their own research too and so expand their knowledge..
I really enjoyed the information on eating the 'colours of the rainbow'.

I requested and received an e-ARC of this book from Cheryl Meyer and BooksGoSocial through NetGalley in exchange for my honest opinion.

While there is a lot of information in this book I couldn’t get past the author’s repetitive delivery of the information, it drove me absolutely crazy. For example, in chapter 5 the author explains 4 times in 3 paragraphs that conventional food is subsidized by the government, I heard you the first time you did not need to repeat it three more times! If you can get past the repetitive talking points the book is good.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for the ARC in return for an honest review.

Personally I didn't gel with this book. I didn't find it an easy read. However, the author describes healthy eating habits and how to eat clean. How to decrease the toxins in your life, and giving practical advise.

The majority of the stuff you will probably know but the author gives her insight into how she changed her diet for the better.

A really cute read for the younger generations to aid with learning about feelings and emotions in an easy, accessible way.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an Advanced Readers Copy in exchange for an honest review.
