The artwork and graphics in this journal-style book look as if it would hold teens’ and perhaps pre-teens’ interest. I was unable to appropriately evaluate the written content, however, as the Kindle advance reader copy had all letters run together without spacing. What I deciphered seemed worthwhile.

This book had a lot of good statements. I would buy this workbook as part as my journey to healing. Thank you to the publisher for this book
