I’ve been a counter for over 30 years but was looking forward to seeing if there’s anything I could learn from this book. I don’t think I would recommend this book to first time canner because there’s too many things in there that were in my opinion could be dangerous I don’t know if it’s because this woman lives in you know the UK or or if they just have different canning methods but I just didn’t feel that I just don’t feel that this is something that I could recommend to somebody

I was expecting more canning recipes. Instead it was a few canning recipes and then other recipes that used one of the jellies or marmalades. The only form of preservation that I saw was sticking the jar in the refrigerator so to me, the title is misleading.
