oyce Meyer has written many books that are designed to help draw us closer to God and live the life that God envisioned us to live. Habits of a Godly Woman encourages and uplifts women in their walk with God. Mrs. Meyer writes abut Godly habits that help you grow spiritually in your walk with God and empower each woman in the life that God has bestowed on her to live

This book is encouraging and enriching. The Scriptures featured illustrate each habit and encourages you to dig deeper in the Word. The Habit Builders section highlights Scripture that I have taken to committing to memory. I recommend this book if you are examining the habits in your life and are seeking a change or knowledge of habits that God illustrates in His Word.

This book will also give you a deeper understanding of how much God loves you and wants to guide your steps each day of your life.

Happy Reading!

I am impressed with yet another well written and very practical book from Meyer. We know that changing habits will result in a changed life. Meyer explores the habits of women who want to keep growing in their relationship to God and live as God desires. It is a process, a journey, Meyer reminds us. The growth will take time and this book is full of encouragement to keep going. Meyer even shares many of her own experiences in developing the habits.

Some of the habits were expected, like making being in God's Word a priority. I knew she would have lots to say about disciplined thoughts too. But there were some surprises, like building a habit of generosity, blessing other people. And then there was the habit of contentment. That one is a challenge in this consumer focused society.

I love that Meyer is so practical. She gives great instruction on developing the habits. Knowing that forgiveness may be difficult, for example, she gives specific steps. First, generate the desire, then make the decision, and finally depend upon the Holy Spirit.

This is a great book for women who want to build their life on spiritual habits, a life pleasing to God. You'll get plenty of encouragement and lots of practical strategy to get you on the path.

I received a complimentary egalley of this book from the publisher. My comments are an independent and honest review.
