This was a decent read. It was light and quick to read. The characters were likable and the overall plot was good. I recommend.
**I voluntarily read and reviewed this book

This was my first romance from Jessica Lemmon and I enjoyed it! I love a second chance storyline and this is a fun twist with a couple who is actually divorced already. The plot fell a bit flat in the middle, but this was still a fun and steamy read. 3 stars

Lemmon brings her Kiss and Tell series to a resounding close with this fun, full-hearted second-chance romance featuring former marrieds Gia and Jason. These characters are pulled together in spite of themselves, in spite of the fact that they know and try to get away from each other. The problems that keep them apart – that initially broke their marriage – are significant and timely, and Gia and Jason work through them well over the course of the book. It’s the definite feeling between them that really stands out, though. Attraction, but more, actual love, which really makes their story a good read. Characters from other books in the series make bonus cameos, but aren’t in any way distracting from the main characters and their journey back together.

These titles are fun and easy reads. During the pandemic it's nice to be able to live in a romantic fantasy.

This is a second chance romance storyline involving Gia Knox-Cooper and her ex-husband Jayson Cooper. They are divorced but still have a friendly relationship with each other while working together in the same IT department for Gia’s family Technology Company. There is a glitch in a program and they have to find a fix for the problem.
When Gia and Jayson attends a family wedding the sparks between them ignites which leads to a romantic interlude. Now old feelings, wants and needs arise for the divorced couple but because both are afraid to let each other know how they really feel Gia tries to keep Jayson at bay, while Jayson will do anything to love, protect and keep Gia close to him.
The take away for me is that when there is no communication in a relationship and/or marriage it is easy to feel that a person doesn’t care about your wants and needs, thinking it is one thing about that person but it is not,. A lot of unnecessary hurt and pain could have been avoided. Also the way we are raised by our parents can be a reason to cause you to behave in certain ways, such as no love from a parent, emotional and physical abuse.
This is my first time reading a book by this author and I look forward to reading more books by Jessica Lemmon. I definitely want to read the other 2 books in this Kiss and Tell series
I highly recommend this book to read which will hold your attention from the beginning of the storyline until the end, especially if you love second chance romances, steamy romance and HEA.

I received a ARC from NetGalley and this review is of my own honest opinion.

This sounded like it would be a great story but I found it was just ok. I actually had a bit of problems staying interested in this book. I am not sure if it's that the book just isn't for me or maybe it is because I wasn't in the mood to read a romance.

I am giving this 3 out of 5.

Ooh this was a fun and delicious read! I haven't read the other books in the series, but I didn't feel lost. Also, I look forward to going back and reading those missed books! I was very quickly lost in Gia and Jason's story. They were really good together, until they weren't. Communication was lost between them, but even after the divorce, they weren't out of each others lives. I enjoyed the pull and the banter between them. And while they said one thing, they still loved each other. Everyone could see it, but them! I loved watching this couple reconnect and try not to fall in love again but Jessica made them work for it! I couldn't put this book down and I can't recommend it enough.

I really like Ms. Lemmon's witty, sparkling romances. This one has a great lift off, a bit of a flat middle and a wonderful touchdown.
Gina and Jayson fell in love, married and divorced still work together in her family's business. The chemistry between them is still red hot though Gina is in denial. Poor Jayson just can't figure out what he did wrong in loving and protecting his wife.
At her brother's wedding they both succumbed and finally scratched the itch and now that there is a second family wedding approaching they both show up with celebrity dates though they are still both only interested in each other. Jayson is definitely a keeper even though it's taken him this long to finally figure out what he did wrong. I had a lot of trouble with Gina who is a spoiled princess and does not give an inch.
With some fabulous family fireworks, a lot of vulnerability and a lot of love the story comes together. The end is so emotionally riveting that it makes up for some of the issues that I had in the middle of this story.

Thank you to both NetGalley and Harlequin for the ARC of this book!

I seem to be on track to get the third book in a lot of series lately. While I didn't read the other two books in this series it is a book that can be read on its own. It is nice to read a series about a family.

This book focuses on Gia and Jayson a recently divorced couple who still works together and is very much in love with each other still. I enjoyed reaching this book because it was a quick read. One of the things that I continually found myself saying while reading this book was COMMUNICATE. I feel like if they had communicated early on in their marriage there would have been no divorce, to begin with.

But this book was a good second-chance romance that I enjoyed. Jayson and Gia had amazing chemistry in the bedroom, they just didn't know how to talk to each other and to fix what was wrong in their marriage. In the end, they managed to find their way back to each other and fix the issues in their marriage.

If you are looking for a quick summer second-chance romance novel, look no further because this whole series is a good read.

This is book 3 in a series of which it is the only story I read. It easily stands alone and its a 2nd chance at love with divorcing exes who also work together. They both are in lust and love with each other but their marriage was awful on both sides. In this story they need to face their past and see the errors on the past and move on and forgive each other and learn to do better.

I did not love Gia at first. At times she feels Jayson is trying to control her when all he wants to do is be there for her. Jayson I loved throughout this story and I loved how he starts to see and understand Gia and wants to try again,

It was very romantic and I ended up really loving Gia and Jaysons relationship. Their family made the story even better than it was.

ONE LAST KISS is the third book in Jessica Lemmon’s “Kiss and Tell” series. I think all romcoms about divorced couples rekindling a flame are held to the standard of the classic film THE PHILADELPHIA STORY. There are few similarities between that film and this book, except involves two people who were divorced and never got over each other and that the crux of their problem involves a problem communicating. Gia Knox-Cooper is a woman in a family of well-intentioned men who try to protect and provide for her, but she finds it stifling. Likewise, when Gia married Jayson, he mirrored her father and brothers’ behavior. She finds it untenable, he becomes frustrated, and they divorce. Now, while working together on a company issue, they find out how much they’ve grown since they were together, and whether that will make a difference in finally finding happiness together.

Because this couple has a communication issue, I’m glad that Jessica Lemmon tells ONE LAST KISS from alternating perspectives. It takes a long time before Gia and Jayson reveal their true feelings and make themselves vulnerable. Each position is understandable, they are just slow in expressing it to the person who should matter the most. It’s very understandable that a smart and independent woman like Gia would find it chaffing to have the menfolk in her life constantly hovering over her and trying to make decisions for her – even if they think those decisions will benefit her. It’s also understandable, after getting a flavor of Jayson’s past and the way he had to defend his mother from abuse, that he would be uber protective and solicitous of any important woman in his life. These too are just lacking in a little empathy, but they’re good people and eventually get what they missed the first time around.

ONE LAST KISS is an explosion of emotion and a fantabulous second-chance-at love story. Jessica Lemmon does a good job of balancing the fun and sexy times with the longing and angst. As the story progresses, you root for this couple to make it work and I almost teared up when it looked like they almost screwed things up beyond repair. Even though I didn’t read the previous books in this series, I was still able to enjoy ONE LAST KISS. I look forward to reading Jessica Lemmon’s next book.

I really enjoyed this second chance at love romance. Gia and Jayson were married but couldn't find a way to communicate what they both needed. Now that they're divorced, they've tried to move on but working together means they see each other all the time. Gia had enough controlling men in her life with her dad and brothers so she didn't want to be married to one. Jayson wanted to take care of Gia and didn't understand that she wanted to me more independent. When they start being more open, they realize that they can try again. Recommended.

3rd in a series, this couple’s story is one we’ve been waiting for since they were introduced in book one. We got hints that there was more to their story and One Last KISS is a great conclusion to the series and their story. Well written and just flows, as her writing always does. Will be preordering for our customers!
