Everyone needs some encouragement in their lives. I love that this book includes words of encouragement for women and includes awesome short stories to inspire you.

This would be a great gift for a woman in your life.

"Shine On" is a great little read. The chapters are broken into different sections. Each chapter includes quotes and brief bios on a few great women, e.t.c. The thoughts in here are reminders of how awesome women are and what we can achieve.

Fast but fulfilling. It’s one of those books that you pick up bc of the pretty cover. But when I got into the book, I loved the aphorisms. It’s way just what I needed for right now.

This book is one of encouragement for women, something about which the author feels great passion.  This title includes short stories of women of accomplishment; for example, the first entry is on Janet Guthrie, an accomplished car racer while the second is about gymnast Simone Biles.  Following each of these are short phrases of empowerment on a topic.


Looking for some affirmation and encouragement?  If you say yes, this title is worth a look.
