i love Sarah Andersen art style and thats why i picked up this one despite i was a little scared because the synopsis hinted that this book would be different from her other works and it is but just in the art style, other than that is the same, we got her characteristic sense of humor wich i love so much.
we also got two amazing characters, they are really funny and cute and i love their realtionship, their internal jokes made me laugh so hard even tought they were a little cliche but i think that was the point make fun of those cliches, i dont know i just really love it! and if you haven't read any of her books i highly recommend this one and her other works.

After hitting paydirt several times over with her regular comic panels, collected into a fourth volume shortly after this hits the shelves, our creator comes up with something out of the ordinary for her – almost a proper narrative, and a genre piece, where a hot vampiress finds love with a hot werewolf. She can't wear silver rings around him, he can't fling the curtains back and welcome the day on their post-coital mornings, and both have to survive with the prospect of him doing the dirty – shedding in bed. This isn't an out-and-out success, but for every few average pin-ups there's a shot of him going 'woof' just as she zips a dress up, and you realise why you could love this book, for showing such a heart-warming romance. It's a little gothic, it's certainly not a 15 certificate, but it is not about the two mythical beasts, but about love. At times the affection the characters show is just too enviable. You needn't be a vampire to dislike it when your beau eats garlic, and we all need a pat and cuddle behind the ears once in a while. OK, to say it has a narrative is pushing it a bit – the one-shot splashes do kind of put paid to that – but the final pay-off here is priceless. Four and a half stars, and for me the creator's best yet.

This was one of the most adorable graphic novels I've ever read. The art is gorgeous and I loved watching this couple's adorable moments. If you've ever wondered how a vampire and a werewolf would act in a relationship, Fangs provides answers.
I highly recommend to anyone who loves supernatural romance books.

love Sarah’s Scribbles, love love love it and when I see something I love I usually find myself on the internet looking for what that author has cooking - in this case Fangs, a love story 💘 between a fabulous vampire and a charming werewolf.
The comic looks beautiful and is joined by a fangtastic (sorry!) story of two people falling in love. Now I have been watching What We Do In The Shadows and according to it, vampires and werewolves are sworn enemies (if you haven’t watched WWDITS, I highly recommended the episode with Topiaries but only if you have a dirty mind 😜), in Fangs the two have seriously goals, they are so damn cute.
This isn’t a bloodthirsty murderous supernatural tome, no its a super duper cute look at falling in love with your dream lover, it is humorous and a delight to read. If you haven’t read Sarah’s Scribbles then I also suggest you seek it them out too.

super cute and lovely. I like vampires more than werewolf, but this love story was very refreshing
Theart is very simple, but nice

Oh my goodness. Can you say ADORABLE?! Fangs was so funny and cute. The art!? Oh goodness, how I loved the art! I’m so thankful I was able to download this arc. Fangs is absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to get my hands on a physical copy. This story was so heartwarming.(never thought I’d say that about a vamp/were story) The characters were adorably awkward, charming and witty. I enjoyed their dialogue so much. This was such a fun read.
All of my thanks to Netgalley for allowing me the opportunity to read this arc in exchange for an honest review.

Super cute comic about the relationship between a vampire and a werewolf. I love Sarah's Scribbles, so I was excited to read this book. I thought it would be more of a graphic novel, but it's more of disjointed comics on one topic, which was still entertaining and funny. I do wish it was more of one cohesive story - I was able to read the entire thing in a very, very short sitting. I love this artist though and enjoyed the book.

«A unique, tender and even comical love. It has a charm that bewitches you from the first page. I fell in love with this romance between monsters that are the cutest. One of my favorite readings so far this year »

This was adorable.
Romance between a werewolf and a vampire seems complicated, but Sarah Anderson's one page comics are at turns hilarious, murder-y and sweet.
Despite the fact that each comic is sort of a day-in-the-life, there is a bit of a narrative that flows through the book. Meet Cute to Happy Ever After.
This will be a fun book to re-read.
I read an early copy of this book from the publisher for review.

Fangs is an irresistibly sweet and charming comic that had me flipping pages well through the night. I absolutely loved the characters and the writing, and have become an instant fan of Sarah Anderson! It's funny, charming, and incredibly clever, and I'll absolutely be recommending this one!
Big thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this e-ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I would say that each page depicts a scene of beautifully mundane love but there isn’t anything mundane about vamp or wolf.
Elsie AKA vamp: If Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service developed a taste for blood and black lingerie
Jimmy AKA wolf: Legolas but give him Roland Schitt's beard and a pair of beat-up Chucks
This is absolutely precious and I laughed SO HARD. I’m utterly in love right now with both vamp and wolf, and the author’s wields her endearing-as-heck drawings and economical sense of humour to great effect. (Seriously, the one panel where wolf throws open the curtains and vamp goes FWOOSH had me in stitches.)
Many thanks to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for this e-ARC in exchange for an honest review!

If you want a cute and fun read this is the book for you! I have been following Sarah for a while and was very excited to read Fangs! I loved the art style and the storyline!
Also posted on Goodreads!

Thanks for the arc!
"Fangs" is a sweet and comical graphic novel that is a very light way to look at this unlikely match. The graphics are very simple and yet charismatic which I liked and the story being fragmented in moments translates very well to what the comic wanted to accomplish, to show the romance between this two awkward cuties.

Thanks to Andrews McMeel Publishing and NetGalley for this eARC!
If you're looking for a short, sweet romantic read - this is perfect. This reads much more like a compilation of a comic series than a full graphic novel. However, the humor really hit the mark for me and I adored the artwork. Highly recommend to those who like Andersen's work and anyone looking for an adorable gothic romp through a romance.

Fangs is a short story of a romance between a vampire and wolf. It’s a story of loving each other for who they are and just being themselves without any ulterior motives or any other reasons. The comfort of being in each other’s company and loving them for who they really are.
It was a fun story that I read in one sitting. I love the illustrations; it was very beautifully illustrated, and I really enjoyed the short amount of time as I spent reading this book. That sometimes there’s really nothing better than to find a significant other who gets you, would act weird with you and love each other for all of eternity.

Sarah Andersen is mostly known for her comic 'Sarah's Scribbles'. This time, she wrote/drew a comic about a vampire falling in love with a werewolf. A unique love story combined with humor.
The drawings are simple, but fully reflect the style which Sarah Andersen is so known for. I loved the little details and how she played with light. The drawings are black and white, but she managed to make clear when it was day- or nighttime. Similar to the sun shining, or a cloudy day.
It's not really a story, which I find a bit disappointing. They are comics related to love and inside jokes. The book contains a chronologically order from the moment they meet and how their relationship develops.
The graphic novel contains lots of jokes and the humor is great. There were many drawings which made me laugh.

This graphic novel was a light and funny read. The story had showed opposites attract and had made fun of the stereotypes of vampires and werewolves. If you want a simple, funny story, this book is perfect for you.
Thank you for the publisher and Netgallery for the ARC.

Fangs is the cute and funny graphic novel tale of the unlikely romance between Elsie the vampire, and Jimmy, the hot werewolf she meets in a bar. It's a story about what happens when you get involved with someone so different from yourself but end up finding that sometimes opposites really are the best pairings.
The simplistic black and white drawings allow the visuals to tell just as much of a story as the words do without the feeling of needing more. It's the perfect coffee table book to pop open when you feel like having a little heartwarming smile. Personally, I couldn't get enough and was disappointed when I reached the end. It was funny, cute, and relatable, and this is one of those rare books I would love to own in hardcover.

Oh...My...Goodness!! This is so cute! Vamp meets Werewolf - Love ensues! Fangs is a collection of short comics telling the love story of Elsie and Jimmy and it is adorable. The simple art style fits with the funny puns and had me giggling throughout. Each panel is cute but the progression of their love story is what really makes this comic shine. If I was a person prone to book crushes I would be crushing on both of these characters!

I want your love, I mean BLOOD! Fangs is a cute and spooky comic by Sarah Andersen, who's talent shines through with her deceptively simple art style! I love Sarah's way of drawing a scene; in her case, it's quite true that a picture is worth a thousand words. Sarah's humor is witty and well done, sometimes it sneaks right up on you! The budding romance between a wolf-man named Jimmy and lady-vamp Elsie is a breath of fresh air for the vampire/werewolf genre, and an entertaining read to boot! Fangs was a quick read, but left me wanting more!
