I am definitely not into alternative healing or other non-medical, non-scientific ways of approaching the body, therefore I took the book as an anthropological/sociological resource relevant for the culture of Native Americans. There are interesting insights from this point of view and the various therapies are introduced in a very simple, non-apologetic way. The story of colors and their symbolism across ages is also a part of the book worth considering.

I like how informative and descriptive the book was. I'm familiar with colour theory, yet most of the things was quite new for me.

Thank you Netgalley and Publisher for opportunity to read that title!

What a brilliant, engaging and informative book! Absolutely loved this. I'm very drawn to colour therapy and appreciate the power it holds for us all. The book is extremely easy to follow and understand and helps guide you through the process of creating your own personal colour wheel. You can take this book either in a light way so that you can just introduce yourself to the colours or you can get deep into the colour psychology and embrace the ancient rituals for yourself.

An absolute must for anyone interested in colour therapy or anyone who just feels intrigued as what this is all about! Also a brilliant gift idea as it applies to everyone. I will definitely be buying a hard copy when published to be added to my bookshelf.

Thank you BooksGoSocial and Netgalley.

What's your favorite color?

If you've ever been asked or have ever asked someone that question, please read this book! Yes, you, I'm talking to you color lover!

I loved this and especially exploring my color wheel and being in tune with every single aspect of my personality revealed in all the colors and as for my center, it's odd that I picked Crystal, and turns out it's the color of water and I'm a Pisces, a water sign through and through, it just blew my mind.
I love how hands on it is and that this is something that we can use to engage each other, nature and to heal as well. I loved reading this book and exploring colors now I don't just see them as plain colors but rather I'm challenged and inspired to cherish and learn from them.

Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
