This was a quick, enjoyable read. I liked the fact that the author makes a distinction between ghosts and spirits. She also talks about beings from other dimensions. If you enjoy the paranormal at all this is a must read.

Thank you to the Publisher and Netgalley for the advanced e-reader copy. All opinions expressed are my own.

This book was fascinating and will make even non-believers come around and admit that there is a possibility that spirits do exist.

"The Spirit's Way Home" was such a quick, pleasurable read. Informative as well - the author makes a clear distinction between "ghosts" (souls stuck "on Earth") and spirit (souls who passed on to the afterlife). I also appreciated learning that ghosts have lower vibration, while spirit attain higher vibration once they pass and are thus better able to assist their loved ones on Earth.

This book is a combination of ghost-hunting (familiar for those who watch any of the TV shows on the subject) and of ghost-guiding. Ms. Fowler is a psychic and one of her abilities is to help ghosts who are "stuck on Earth" pass to the afterlife and thus achieve peace. The majority of these encounters take place in the famously haunted Palmer House Hotel in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, as well as "Minnesota's Most Haunted Restaurant" called Forepaugh's. I was not familiar with those locations, and the book definitely led me to learn more about both locations and their history.

"Spirit's Way Home" is a very approachable book for anyone interested in ghosts or spirit. The stories Ms. Fowler recounts are interesting and often touching. She frequently talks about the necessity to protect ourselves from harmful energies whenever anyone does any kind of work like hers, or if we encounter any of these energies in our regular lives. We all have that ability, and it's a good reminder to have. She even sneaks in some recommendations for protective crystals or even previously unknown to me Florida Water (from Peru!). The parts that got most of my attention, however, talked about beings from other dimensions - described as dark fairies, or gnomes. Fascinating stuff - I almost wish the author elaborated more!

I will gladly reach for any books on the paranormal from Natalie Fowler in the future.

Fascinating book about ghost hunting, or more specifically "ghost guiding." I've had many of the same experiences as the author, I grew up with a spirit watching over me, and he sometimes still comes around, although I've lived in many different countries. I've always seen and heard spirits, and I also channel spirits and give messages to others. However, I've always called them "spirits" and I never thought of them as "ghosts." I never thought to ask them questions (outside readings), so this book gave me a whole new perspective. I really enjoyed reading about all the different cases and hope to develop my "gifts" more one day.

Having recently lost a loved one I read book in one day. I feel so much better and have a greater understanding of the otherside after doing so. I have always wondered about reincarnation and this author talks about it and gives examples. As I read the book I could think of the many people I have known and their passing. I wondered about a few of them having grown up in a very religious home of the conservative kind. Now I am at peace as she explains the other side and the many angels and others who work to bring souls to the light and peace. All in all a very good book that will give you hope and focuses on what many of us wonder about. If you are dealing with a loss you will be in a better place after reading this very interesting and positive book.
