This is a collection of Seinfeld's material spanning nearly 40 years. If you're a fan of the show, you'll recognize many of these bits from his comedic acts within the series, but it's a nice revisit. I enjoyed the few pages at the beginning of each chapter talking about his life during that decade. It was interesting, though not surprising, to see how the material changed alongside his life. Overall, this just made me want to pull out those old DVDs and give them a replay!

I literally did not stop laughing for the entirety of the 400 pages of this book! (and it takes a lot for me to find comedians funny).

Jerry Seinfeld has retained all of his notes from 40 years and compiled the most memorable bits from his entire career in this book. You can just hear him delivering these jokes; maybe at one time you have. Even just reading them is hilarious. Great, great stuff. I can't recommend highly enough.
