This book is awesome! Easy recipes with things we already have on hand and those that can be either purchased at a local asian market. Every recipe has substitutions for less common ingredient. Everything is laid out in easy steps. Would've loved more pictures of finished product but very happy with this book otherwise.

So many excellent recipes to try- what i love is that the author touches upon many different types of Asian cuisine. Lots of dishes i already know and crave, so I am excited to make some of these staple dishes at home instead of doing takeout. Wonderful resource!!! Well curated. Enjoyed the introduction. Recipe instruction is clear and easy to follow.- many dishes seem accessible and easy to make. My only request would be more photos. I found myself googling a few dishes just to find photos because I was unfamiliar with what they were. But i enjoyed how this book forced me to learn about new dishes and venture out.

I have always wanted to know how to make asian food at home. This cookbook makes it seem more acessible. Not only are the recipes easy, but there are suggestions as to how to personalize the recipe for your tastes. A few of my favs are Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai. There is a large variety of recipes with lots of protein options including Veggie, shrimp, chicken, and pork. Definitely a staple to your house if you are looking for more asian recipes.

This was a great cookbook that not only has delicious recipes, but also tips on cooking techniques and pantry staples to buy. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more pictures.

Easy Asian Cookbook is aptly named for some great recipes to make at home versus the takeout from an eatery. Full of every Asian favorites, we delve into Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Singaporean, Thai, Myanmarese, Vietnamese, and even Korean based dishes to wet your appetite. The cookbook also has some of your favorites, like potstickers, and sweet and sour chicken.

What did I like? I love making Asian dinners at home. I like to be in charge of the ingredients and what goes into my food, so easy Asian is definitely an eye catching book. There was a ton of new recipes I have never even heard of which also turned my head. I really enjoyed the stories, the ease of the recipe, and the helpful tips at the end of every recipe.

Would I recommend or buy? So I know a lot goes into making a cookbook, and I’m sure a lot of these recipes are popular meals from most Asian restaurants but I need pictures. Some of this stuff I’ve never heard of and I would be more pressed to buy without having to find out what most of the recipes look like in their takeout form. At least when you eat at most places they have pictures. The descriptions are great but I’d rather have more pictures. Still if your trying to create your restaurant favorites this would be a great cookbook to buy.

Thoughts for the author? Great cookbook, going to definitely try making some of the takeout favorite recipes like beef and broccoli, and sweet and sour chicken. Love the information at the beginning of the book, we have Americanized some of the Asian cooking to our needs..... interesting. Four stars, needs more pictures.

This is a great book if you are beginning to learn Asian cooking. It tells you how to stock your pantry for Asian cooking and explains the various cooking techniques. I wanted more pictures of the dishes. There is only one picture at the beginning of each chapter. I’ll definitely be trying some recipes from this cookbook this summer.

Thank you to the publisher for providing the ARC.

Great book! This book has almost every recipe you would order for take out! The recipes are very clear and organized and the ingredients aren't too different than what we have at home except some sauces and spices but you can see a list of what to buy in the beginning of the book. There's no many photos and because I didn't know what some of the recipes were I had to look them up. Some samples of the recipes in this book are: beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef, Pork bulgogi, curry and lot more. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review

Easy Asain Cookbook is filled with all types of asain dishes. I liked that it included many asain countries. I loved that it included a list of common ingredients to make grocery shopping easier. The book also gives you a brief lesson on various cooking techniques. This is very helpful as a beginner in the kitchen. There are so many popular and unique recipes in this book. I'm especially excited to try a lot of the desserts. The only negative I have about the book is the lack of pictures. There was only one per section, and I am the type of person who finds the pictures interesting and helpful.

Wow I’m loving this cookbook so much! This particular one stands out in my opinion for these reasons - the pages are bright & colorful, there are distinct recipes not from the usual takeout menus, the ingredients used can be found in your pantry, the directions are easy to follow. My only dislike is that there aren’t photos of each dish, which is helpful in cookbooks. Thanks to NetGalley, and author Kathy Fang for an ebook ARC. This is my honest review.
